Celebrating Stephanie Douglas Forrester
As it's over, I think it's time to celebrate over 25 years of Stephanie Douglas Forrester! What a character she is and has been!
So this is a Stephanie-celebration thread! Fill it up with memories, pictures and clips of the divine Mrs Forrester!!!!!
So to begin approprately, here's her first scene.

What a wunderful idea cece Liked her so much with her hair up - to bad we didn't get to see it very often..... Like only twice....the first epi and the wedding in 1997 Thank god we have all these wunderful clips and memories to turn too Yes. Loved her with her hair up I always wondered if she wore a fatsuit or something in epi 2. She looked bigger than in the following scenes. It would make sense. Eric had to dye his hair grey, she put on some more to look more like an older mother... Anyway, another scene comes to my mind: the first masquerade ball! Hair up. She was so sensual and sexy in her costume. Always wanted a STIC scene alone...after the ball. However, my hair-up-favorite will always be 1997, the beautiful bride. She was sooo beautiful in her dress and with her hair and make-up in the clip with Lauren by the pool. Does it say something that she wears her hair up, looks so stunning and yet never a happy STIC scene then...?? ;D

I just realized that I will never again watch B&B when Stephanie is gone. She was the sole reason I started to watch and continued to follow the show when it stopped airing over here. On this board, I have 383 posts now, unbelievable, it's not even in my first language. I spend so many hours here, reading the witty comments, often wholeheartly agreed, formost this was the sole place online where people understood my love for this particular actress/character. She was a great actress and a beautiful woman when B&B started, I see the changes she went through and admire her even more now, battled but not beaten, time has taken it's toll, but it also added a dimension to her that I sense strongly, but cannot verbalize. Power, strength aren't adequate words, it goes beyond that. All I know is that I'm going to miss her so much while I wish her whatever she wishes for herself. And that I have no idea where the words of this post came from. Sheesh

It's so true, Susan is one of the great, classically beautiful women of her time. She always looks so elegant. I miss her smile, and her sense of humor.
