Everyone can add a link but there are rules to what you can NOT add:
1. No links to anything illegal or very frowned upon activities.
2. No links to pornography.
3. No spam.
4. Nothing that someone will profit from by each click someone makes to a certain page.
5. No racist links or links with agendas that goes against human rights or democracy.
