How to redeem Stephanie?

Well, looks like the writers are bringing down Stephanie in the worst kind of ways. Making her have faked a heart attack, worrying everyone around her, and not to mention doing something illegal and very immoral.
We who likes Stephanie knows that she would NEVER do something like this. She´d never ever put her family through that just to get rid of Brooke. But apparenly, the writers want an overly obsessed Stephanie with no morals so they can feature a "new and improved" Brooke who is the victim. GAG!!!

So again, a character gets destroyed for Brooke´s sake.

How are the writers going to redeem Stephanie after this? Are they even planning on doing that? Or are they planning to make Stephanie sink even deeper than this, in order to get some major Brooke sympathy from the viewers?

How do you redeem Stephanie? Making her lose everything and everyone she loves? What is that going to accomplish? Will she suddenly realize she has to love Brooke to get them back? This is so appalling. Stephanie has every right to hate Brooke. She shouldn´t be forced into respecting her.

I get so angry with the writers. I swear, I am thisclose to giving up this show I loved and adored sooo much before.

I haven't watched for weeks. The Taylor/Ridge/Brooke love triangle made me sick. I did tune in to watch them renew their vows and I tuned out again. I couldn't stand the way Brooke would carry on knowing Ridge hadn't picked her. But THIS! This is the final indignity! I personally feel insulted by this Steph faking heart-attack storyline. It's a knife in the back to all loyal Stephanie fans.

I´m insulted too. Just like I was when we saw the Morgan baby-abortion storyline. Like Stephanie would EVER hurt a child!

Well, I don´t know how to redeem Steph. But I would love for her to lose everything and then realize how self-destructive her obsession with getting rid of Brooke was to her. And then start sole seaching and come back stronger than ever before with a new fresh and healthy attitude where she doesn´t care whatever Brooke does, or care if Ridge chooses her as long as he´s happy and Taylor is happy without him. (which she really can be!!!)
That would be a good way to redeem Stephanie. And she deserves it. I hate how obsessed she has gotten over Brooke. So if we got rid of that, I´d be happy.

Lol yeah she just might because Stephanie's "campaigns" against Brooke strengthened her chances with Ridge. I have no idea how pity can make someone love you but there ya go. Brooke brings out the worst in Stephanie, Stephanie knows it but she's helpless to stop it. Maybe now that'll change?

Yup there's so much more important things than Brooke and Ridge. Like Steph's grandchildren!!!
