Stephanie and Pam keep her clerical error a secret, Stephanie has a run in with Brooke and then gives Taylor hope.
While Pam worries, Stephanie revels in the fact that Brooke and Ridge’s marriage isn’t valid. She asks Pam to keep this information between the two of them for right now. Ridge comes in and asks about the papers Pam called him about. Pam stutters and Stephanie helps her out by suggesting she needs papers signed for the upcoming fashion show. Ridge says Eric needs to sign them and leaves. Pam asks why Stephanie didn’t want to tell him about the marriage license and Stephanie says she needs to think about it because her screw up could be Ridge’s salvation and Taylor’s too.
Taylor looks through her wedding album and wonders how she let Ridge slip away.
Stephanie instructs Pam to shred the applications for a new license and she will take the invalid license. She says she might now be able to get rid of the Logan girls forever.
As Ridge cancels things for Rick and Steffy's wedding, Thorne comes in and is disgusted they still have to see Rick around the office. He asks how Ridge handles Brooke being connected to Rick forever. Ridge says they made a commitment for better or worse and that their marriage gets them through. Thorne is happy Ridge’s marriage is solid and Ridge tells him they’ve grown up and they are now in a place where it just works. Thorne envies Ridge pointing out he has a great relationship with two women: Taylor and Brooke.
Brooke enters Eric’s office and finds Stephanie. Stephanie is glad Steffy finally sees Rick for the jerk he is. Brooke doesn’t want to get into it and tells her she has a lot of work to do. Stephanie continues to needle Brooke about her marriage and Brooke wonders what Stephanie is up to. Stephanie plays dumb and again takes jabs at Brooke’s marriage. She knows how easily a marriage can fall apart. Brooke tells her to come to terms with the fact that she isn’t married to Eric or the matriarch of Forrester any longer. Brooke thinks she is next in line for that title because she and Ridge are the signature couple of the company. Brooke tells Stephanie that Ridge loves her, is married to her and she is the woman at the center of the company. She and Ridge will work through their problems for years to come and declares she is as sure of that as she is that she is Mrs. Ridge Forrester. Stephanie wishes Brooke luck and Brooke mocks her new position at Jackie M. Stephanie tells her not to underestimate what’s happening at Jackie M. Stephanie then mocks Forrester’s affinity for lingerie and Brooke tells Stephanie to go back to Jackie M because this is no longer her company. Stephanie agrees but thinks it’s interesting how things turn out. She says when you have it all you can get sloppy and things aren’t always as they seem.
As Pam shreds the marriage license application, Thorne comes to ask where Stephanie is. Pam says she just left and is on a mission to rid herself of the Logans. Brooke comes out of the office and Pam asks if she had a look at her new crochet designs. Brooke is in a hurry and runs into Ridge’s office. Pam is disdainful of Brooke and says she makes her crazy, but she assures her nephew that she won’t actually do anything crazy. She might not have to.
Brooke waits for Ridge in his office and recalls their wedding day. Ridge returns to his office and she tells him about her run in with Stephanie. Ridge instructs her not to let his mother get to her and Brooke assures him she won’t. She thinks it’s important they get through these difficult times and she is reminded how much they really do love each other. Brooke thinks there is nothing that can come between them ever. Ridge and Brooke discuss how solid they are as a couple. Brooke says they are husband and wife forever.
Stephanie goes home and finds Taylor looking at old family photos. Stephanie tells her she won't leave this world or her family until she knows someone with a strong moral compass is in charge. Taylor says she can’t be her daughter-in-law any more, but Stephanie asks what if Ridge and Brooke weren’t married and presents the invalid marriage certificate to her. Stephanie tells Taylor she doesn’t need to feel guilty about going after Ridge now because they are not married.
Pam bemoans the fact that her crochet is out of fashion and no one notices her. She also badmouths the Logans. Thorne reminds her two of the Logans are married into the family so she should be careful. Pam says a power shift may be in the works. Thorne then notices a clerical error Pam made and she says sometimes those mistakes are a good thing.

Taylor gets on board with Stephanie’s plan, Brooke yells at Rick, Marcus and Ridge urge Steffy to stay away from Rick, and Bridget and Owen make a date.
In his office, Ridge tells Brooke there’s nothing they can’t survive. Steffy comes in and Brooke tells her how disappointed she is in Rick and feels she did the right thing breaking off the engagement. Brooke leaves to give Ridge and his daughter some privacy.
Owen and Jackie get passionate in her office at Jackie M, but Arielle interrupts them informing them people are there for the meeting. Clarke, Nick and Bridget come in and discuss the Madame X line. Jackie tells everyone Owen has done a wonderful job and that's why she is promoting him. Nick is leery and Bridget congratulates him. Clarke asks what Owen’s new position will be and Jackie explains his new title will be Chief of Staff.
Brooke goes to see Rick in Eric’s office and Rick says he wants to talk to Steffy to explain why he said the things he did. Brooke thinks it’s a bad idea and he wonders why Brooke won’t hold Ridge accountable for setting him up. Brooke wants her son to take responsibility for his words, but Rick continues to try and justify what he said. Brooke tells him there is no justification for hurting Steffy and demands he not go anywhere near her. She tells him her relationship is in jeopardy because of his involvement with Steffy. She says he will now do what she wants and what she wants is for him to stay away from Steffy or else her marriage will blow apart. Rick agrees to stay away from Steffy because she doesn’t want to see him, but he thinks he knows how to fix this. He muses if he becomes the man Steffy wants and deserves, she will give him a second chance. Brooke is outraged and demands that he keep his distance from Ridge’s daughter.
Stephanie tells Taylor Ridge isn’t legally married so she won’t be compromising her integrity by going after him. Taylor doesn’t believe it, so Stephanie explains how Pam screwed up. Stephanie says it was an accident, but as they both know, there are no real accidents in life. Taylor thinks this is an error that can be fixed, but Stephanie thinks Rick has changed everything because Brooke chooses him over Ridge every time. She doesn’t think Ridge can live with something like that in the long run. Taylor still doesn’t think Ridge will come running to her, but Stephanie thinks Rick will go after Steffy again and that will ruin Ridge and Brooke’s relationship because Brooke will stand by Rick. She suggests Taylor show Ridge the invalid license when that happens because it will make it easy for him to walk away. Taylor agrees that if Rick continues to be a problem she will go to Ridge and fight for him. She adds, “And I will win.”
Ridge tells Steffy how proud he and Taylor are of her. Steffy isn't so proud and feels stupid that she was taken in by Rick. Ridge says Rick is a train wreck and she shouldn’t feel guilty or ashamed. He says there is someone better for her out there and Marcus knocks on the door. He came by to make sure Steffy was okay and encourages her to stay away from Rick because he will try and talk his way out of this. Ridge backs Marcus up and says she has to stay away from Rick.
Bridget privately congratulates Owen and suggests he cook her dinner to celebrate his new position. Owen wants to check with the boss first to see if she needs him and Nick comes by and disdainfully congratulates Owen. After Nick leaves, Owen asks if Bridget really wants to do this and Bridget seductively kisses him to prove she does. Jackie sees them and knowingly smiles.
Owen thanks Jackie for the raise and promotion and Jackie tells him he has earned it. Jackie says she saw him kissing Bridget and Owen wonders if it’s okay if he goes to dinner with her. Jackie doesn’t need him, but thinks Owen may be wasting his time because Bridget is still drawn to Nick. Owen wonders if Jackie is jealous, but she tells him that's not her style. Jackie encourages Owen to go out with Bridget and then locks the door and tells him his dating Bridget doesn’t mean things are over between them and passionately kisses him as they undress.
Steffy thinks about Marcus and Ridge’s words regarding Rick and then thinks about her time with him. She looks up and sees Rick standing in the doorway.

Bridget and Owen go on a date, Katie wonders when she and Nick will actually get married, and Brooke questions Nick’s feelings.
Katie works on a press release regarding Stephanie’s new position at Jackie M. Brooke and Donna offer less than helpful suggestions regarding how happy they are she’s gone. Talk turns to Bridget and Brooke says she was surprised her daughter left medicine to pursue fashion and was completely shocked she went to the competition. Donna asks Katie how she feels about Bridget working with Nick. Katie admits she was surprised Bridget was Madame X and Brooke injects saying Bridget is focused on making a new life for herself. Katie agrees, but Brooke and Donna exchange worried looks.
At Jackie M, Bridget tries on a bikini and Nick walks in asking what she’s doing. Bridget tells him she’s getting ready for a date and picks out other options. Nick learns she’s going out with Owen and is even more shocked. Bridget takes pleasure in telling Nick that she likes Owen and he likes her too. Bridget tries on a new bathing suit as Nick tries to persuade her not to go out with Owen. Bridget reminds him he’s getting married to Katie and wonders when that will be. Nick tells her they haven’t set a date yet because he’s been focusing on work. Nick thinks Bridget should wear something that covers more of her, but Bridget thinks she’s fine. She tells him since the company is doing so well right now maybe he and Katie can finally set their wedding date. Before Bridget leaves she tells Nick Owen has made as favorable an impression on Jackie as he has on her.
Jackie drives Owen home and she tells him to take Bridget out on the patio for their date because it’s romantic. Owen can’t believe she’s not freaking out about this, and Jackie responds, “You’ve never dated an older woman have you?”
Jackie thinks about her first night with Owen in the bathtub as she waits for him to change. When Owen comes out, he sees that Jackie has set up candles. She tells him it’s romance 101 and kisses him. She wishes him luck on his date with Bridget, but Owen can’t believe she can kiss him like that and then wish him luck with another woman. Jackie tells him Bridget is still in love with Nick so he might not get too far with her. Owen is confident, but Jackie again wishes him luck because he’ll need it.
Bridget comes over to Owen’s and is impressed by the setup at his house. Owen grills them some steaks and they toast to the future. Bridget tells him it’s the first date she’s been on since her divorce. Owen promises to make it special, but Bridget tells him he already has. Owen asks if she wants to go for a swim, but she reminds him the last time they did that he cut his arm. He pretends not to remember and Bridget asks if he remembers ‘this’ and kisses him.
Nick remains agitated by the bikinis Bridget was trying on and Jackie comes in. He tells his mother Bridget and Owen are on a date and Jackie wonders if she detects a bit of jealousy in his voice. Nick doesn’t want another lecture on Bridget, but Jackie wonders if it bothers him she’s on a date with someone else. Nick tells his mother both he and Bridget have moved on, but Jackie thinks Bridget still has feelings for him.
After Brooke leaves, Katie wonders to Donna why their older sister always leaves every time they talk about Nick. Donna thinks she just wants her daughter to be happy, but not with Nick. Donna assures Katie that Nick is committed to her, but Katie wonders when their big day will be.
Nick sits at his desk and thinks about Bridget. Brooke interrupts him telling him she’s worried that Bridget came to work with her ex-husband. She asks when he and Katie are getting married and what or who is holding him back. Nick tells her to stay out of his personal life, but Brooke can’t when it comes to both her daughter and sister. She thinks Katie is worried they haven’t set a date and Nick tells his ex-wife he’s busy with the company. Brooke asks why Bridget is working for him and Nick thinks she should talk to Bridget about this. Brooke tells him not to lead Bridget on and wonders if his marriage to Katie will ever happen. She knows he loves Katie, but she also knows he has feelings for her daughter. She thinks he never wanted their marriage to end and asks if he would take Bridget back if she asked him. Nick just looks at her and Brooke assumes he would

Bridget cuts her date with Owen short and runs into Nick, Brooke reassures Katie, and Jackie becomes vulnerable with Owen.
Brooke wonders if Nick would take Bridget back, but Nick doesn’t think Bridget wants him. Brooke asks why he hasn’t set a wedding date yet and Nick tells her he doesn’t have a great track record when it comes to marriage. Brooke assumes he would go back to Bridget in a heartbeat. Nick tells her Bridget is dating Owen and Brooke is surprised. Nick admits he has feelings for Bridget because you don’t marry someone twice just because you’ve run out of ideas. Brooke urges Nick to leave her daughter alone. Nick says he has to get home and Brooke instructs him not to call Bridget on his way out. Nick assures her he’s burned that bridge, but Brooke thinks the bitterness and passage of time doesn’t matter, because with some people, you always feel connected.
Owen and Bridget kiss and she makes it clear she won’t stop him this time. They move to the couch and Owen tries to take her bathing suit off but Bridget stops him. Owen wonders what’s wrong and Bridget tells him that she likes him a lot, but she’s not ready to have sex yet. She was never one to leap before looking and she wants to feel safe. Owen assures her he is in no hurry and that he is worth a second look. Bridget already knows that or else she wouldn’t be there. Bridget thanks him for a wonderful evening and is sorry to cut it short. Owen stops her before she leaves so he can kiss her one more time.
Katie finds Brooke in her living room and is surprised to see her instead of Nick. They discuss Nick’s work and how Bridget is their new hot designer. Katie tells Brooke Jackie wants Nick and Bridget back together, but Brooke points out that Bridget went through the same thing with Jackie. Katie is worried about how much time Nick spends with Bridget, but thinks it’s karma because she’s getting what she deserves. Brooke thinks Bridget has moved on because she is out with another man right now. Katie declares that she loves Nick, will fight for him and won’t give him up.
Jackie comes to see Owen who is cleaning up after his date with Bridget. Jackie asks what happened to Bridget and Owen explains it was a great night, but she decided to cut the night short. Jackie thinks she left because she isn’t over Nick yet. After Jackie questions Owen on his evening she thinks he needs a lesson on seduction. Owen thinks Bridget wasn’t thinking about Nick and didn’t want to rush things because he is important to her. Jackie tells him women are taught to only let the deserving ‘plunder’ their treasure, but no one is truly that deserving and if they are, they go off and ‘plunder’ someone else. She sadly says one day you wake up alone and think you are the undeserving one. Owen notes her vulnerability and kisses her, which leads to more passionate things.
Bridget goes back to the office and runs into Nick who didn’t end up going home. He asks about her date and Bridget says it was very nice, but she felt like working. Nick questions why the night was cut so short and Bridget defends her evening. Talk turns to the two of them and Bridget tells him she has no defense when it comes to him, but she will not let him happen to her again. She wonders why he can’t just cut the cord and Nick responds that she is the best thing that’s ever happened to him. Bridget doesn’t know why they are discussing this and Nick tells her because he wants to tell her how sorry he is for what he did. He says her strength and ability to move on makes him want to be a better man. Bridget cries telling him she trusted him and took a leap of faith with him. She calls him a little boy who wanted it all and Nick agrees. He says it’s hard to hear and to say, but he wasn’t man enough. He apologizes and Bridget tells him it doesn’t matter now. Nick grabs her and tells her it does matter and says, “If you never forgive me I won’t blame you, but just know I am sorry.” They kiss and then Nick leaves.

Ridge wants Thomas to work at Forrester Creations, but Rick and Brooke are opposed to the idea, while Steffy and Marcus make amends on the basketball court.
Taylor comes to see Ridge who is downstairs at Forrester. She tells him how symbolic it is that Thorne is still in the basement while the Logans are upstairs at Forrester. Ridge makes sure Thomas is on the way and leaves to go to a meeting with Eric.
In Eric’s office, Katie, Donna, Brooke, Eric and Rick discuss ways to swing the momentum back their way from Jackie M. Rick suggests he and Steffy work together to figure something out, but Brooke insists he and Steffy not work on anything!
Steffy and Marcus play basketball on the rooftop and they discuss their relationship. They agree they are friends and Marcus again warns Steffy that Rick better stay away from her. Steffy assures him Rick knows they are through and that she has moved on. Marcus worries she’s still vulnerable to Rick, but Steffy declares she’s not. Marcus says part of him still wants to thank whoever went after Rick and thinks Steffy knows who it is. Steffy avoids the topic and tells Marcus she has missed hanging out with him and she knows he’s one of the good guys. Marcus still worries that Rick won’t leave her alone because he loves to drive Ridge nuts. Marcus says she can count on him and recalls that she stood by him when everyone was dealing with the fact that he was Donna’s son. He feels like he owes her and sees that Rick isn’t out of her system yet. He tells her if she needs any help he’s her guy. Steffy thinks she can handle Rick, but Marcus tells her she doesn’t have to do it alone because he has her back.
Taylor runs into Pam at FC and they discuss Pam screwing up Ridge and Brooke’s marriage license.
Ridge joins everyone at the meeting and Rick points out that he is late. Ridge asks if he missed anything and everyone informs him that Stephanie’s defection to Jackie M has created quite a stir. Ridge thinks Stephanie was more important than Eric gave her credit for and now they are paying the price. Ridge has an idea on how to bring the focus back on the Forrester family where it belongs.
Thomas meets Taylor at Forrester and he’s excited. Taylor doesn’t want him to feel like he’s being pushed, but Thomas says he has a background in fashion and is excited to start working there. Thorne comes in and Taylor says she and Ridge want to bring Thomas in to work at the company. Thorne is happy and says they need all the reinforcements they can get. Both Taylor and Thorne think it’s time the next generation of Forresters take over and remind everyone that it’s Forrester Creations, not Logan Creations.
Ridge opens the door and Thomas and Taylor walk in the office. Ridge says Taylor came up with an idea that he supports one hundred percent. He says they need to reinforce that FC is a family run company and that it’s high time Thomas join them. Eric likes the idea and Ridge thinks it will be reassuring to their clientele. Thomas knows he has a lot to learn, but he will give it his best shot and Rick rolls his eyes. Thomas knows not everyone is comfortable with this, but it’s his birthright and he wants to be there with his family; he needs to be there. Rick says, “So what Tommy Boy needs. Tommy Boy gets? Is that right?” Rick declares there is no way he will allow this. Eric doesn't understand why he is opposed to the idea and states they have to stand together. Brooke also objects and Eric is confused. Eric demands to know what’s really going on, but he gets interrupted with a phone call. He takes Donna and Katie to deal with an issue.
Rick and Brooke argue with Ridge and Taylor about Thomas working at FC. Ridge says James has assured them Thomas is fine, but Rick doesn't want to be anywhere near him when his boat capsizes. Ridge and Taylor wonder why Rick gets to work there after everything he’s done, but Thomas can’t. Rick reminds them that Thomas almost killed him and Brooke says they lived in fear for weeks wondering what could happen next. She pleads with Ridge to see that Taylor is doing this to drive a wedge between them and accuses Taylor of using her son to get Ridge back.
Pam comes back to see Taylor, but Thorne informs her that she is with Ridge bringing Thomas into the company. Pam is excited about the idea, but Thorne doesn’t think Rick will be happy with it. Pam says they would all be better off if whoever blew up Rick’s car also blew up ‘Little Ricky’ too.

Friday, May 08
Brooke and Taylor hash things out, while Rick tries to find closure with Steffy.
Brooke declares that Thomas will not be working at FC, but Taylor wonders who made her dictator. Rick doesn’t want Thomas roaming the halls, but Ridge tells him it’s not his call. Rick insists since Thomas almost killed him, it is his call. Brooke can’t believe Ridge is siding with Taylor who she points out is not part of the company or a Forrester. Taylor insists she is as much a part of the family as Brooke is, but Rick says he is a Forrester and he doesn’t see it that way. Taylor tells Rick he is not acting like a Forrester right now, but like his mother’s son. Brooke is outraged and can’t believe Ridge is allowing Taylor to talk to her like this. Rick tells Ridge they are not hiring Thomas and warns him not to go behind his back.
Rick leaves and Taylor and Brooke engage in more verbal battle. Taylor tells Ridge he has every right to look out for his son and his company or else the Logan family will take over. She says they can’t let that happen. Brooke doesn’t want to discuss it any further with Thomas in the room and Ridge asks him to step outside. Thomas leaves and Brooke thinks they should understand why she doesn't want him at the company. Taylor says Thomas isn’t a threat and thinks Brooke doesn’t want him there because he is her and Ridge’s son. Brooke can’t accept Thomas working there, but Ridge insists. He gets a call and must go to a meeting.
Ridge leaves and Brooke makes it clear to Taylor that her marriage to Ridge is not in trouble. Taylor is unfazed and Brooke notes she is not denying her feelings for him any longer. Brooke wonders if Stephanie put her up to this new aggressive attitude because she is acting more and more like her every day. They argue over their sons and then Taylor calls Brooke insecure. Brooke in turn calls Taylor a pest who is wasting her time and throws her alcoholism in her face. Brooke knows Taylor desperately wants to be Mrs. Ridge Forrester, but tells her to give it up and go home. More catty insults ensue, and Brooke tells Taylor that her marriage to Ridge will never end. Taylor responds, “I’ve got news for you. There is no marriage!”
Still on the rooftop, Marcus and Steffy discuss how manipulative Rick can be. Steffy says she is prepared for when Rick comes back around.
Rick comes to the rooftop and asks to talk to Steffy. Marcus doesn't want to leave them alone, but Steffy assures him she can handle Rick. Before he leaves, Marcus tells Rick it’s over and that it’s in his best interest to let Steffy be.
Rick wants closure with Steffy and tells her she was justified in breaking up with him. Steffy is unimpressed, but Rick knows his past actions were misguided. Steffy tells him he was out of his mind, but Rick says he was crazy in love and desperate to be with her. Rick wonders what would have happened if his plan for them to work at Jackie M would have worked. Steffy has nothing else to say to him, but Rick tells her they had something special. Steffy thought they did, but he had a whole different agenda. Rick thinks they had a few laughs and thinks he can make her smile again and forget what he said on that recording. Steffy won’t go back there because it’s over. She pulls her engagement ring out of her bag to return it to him, but Rick tells her to hock it and do something wonderful for herself. Steffy already did: she let him go and now she’s free. Rick says there is nothing more attractive to a man than a woman who knows what she wants and it doesn’t hurt if she’s beautiful. He says she is as beautiful as ever and stronger than she’s ever been, but realizes it’s too late and that he’s lost her. He blew a really good thing but at least he learned something: he was never really worthy of her. If he is ever lucky enough to be with a woman like her in the future, he won’t make the same mistake twice.
On the phone in his office, Ridge tells Glenn, who he has been doing business with for twenty years, that he won’t let him down. After he hangs up, Ridge plays with his wedding ring and thinks that he and Brooke have to get through this.

Rick changes his mind, Brooke shows Ridge how to move forward, and Stephanie promises Taylor their plan will work!
At Forrester, Taylor tries to tell a disbelieving Ridge and Brooke that they aren't really married! As Taylor tells Brooke that she's not worthy of Ridge and never will be, Stephanie walks in. Brooke rolls her eyes and tells Taylor and Stephanie that their opinions don't matter - only Ridge's does! Ridge has left the room, and Brooke follows.
Rick is up on the roof with Steffy. He says he understands why she can't be with him anymore, then shocks her by announcing that he's joining a monastery! She smirks, and says that his life isn't over because they broke up! He laughs and says she's very gullible! Steffy realizes he put one over on her and laughs too! He says the fact that he made her laugh means he's good for her. Rick then confides that Ridge is pushing for Thomas to come on board at Forrester - he and Brooke are opposed to it! She argues that it would be great for her brother - and he has as much right to be there as Rick does! He agrees to give it a chance with Thomas for her sake. She thanks him, but warns it won't change things between them. She urges him to get Brooke to change her mind as well!
As Taylor rails about Brooke in the office, Stephanie warns her that she needs to be patient or she will blow their plan! Taylor says that Ridge and Brooke's relationship is in trouble right now! Pam arrives and they all discuss how the plan to have Thomas working there has gone awry due to Brooke and Rick opposing Thomas's presence at Forrester!
Down in Ridge's office, Brooke goes off on him for letting Taylor and Stephanie run down their marriage and not stopping them! Ridge says they both know their marriage is real! They discuss Thomas working at Forrester again. Ridge says she knows how important it is for him to have a chance to work alongside his son. Brooke isn't convinced about Thomas's stabilty, saying she and Rick aren't comfortable with it! Just then Rick comes in and says he's cool with it - Thomas can start whenever he wants! Brooke wonders what is up with the change of heart. Rick admits he's doing it for Steffy. Ridge scoffs, saying that it seems like a ploy to get back in Steffy's life - which is never going to happen! Rick says he wants to do something positive - besides what's the worst that can happen - Thomas puts a little arsenic in his coffee? Ridge glares.
Steffy, still on the roof, leaves a message for Thomas saying she may have good news for him. She goes to delete a photo of her and Rick from her cellphone, but can't bring herself to do it - she thinks back to better times with Rick.
After Rick has left the office, Ridge expresses frustration with Brooke that she can't seem to see Rick's true motives. She says they can't let this affect their marriage. Brooke notes that when they argue like this, Stephanie and Taylor are right about their marriage. She doesn't want them to be right - she hopes he feels the same way! Brooke says that Ridge has to accept that there is nothing left between Rick and Steffy and that's not his motive - then they can move on. Ridge says he's not sure how to do that, so Brooke hops on his lap and says she'll show him! They make passionate love in his office!
Rick reappears on the roof and tells Steffy that her brother is now the newest member of Forrester. He warns that Ridge still thinks he has ulterior motives. Steffy says she appreciates what he did for her brother, then leaves.
As Pam, Stephanie, and Taylor continue to bicker, with Stephanie telling Taylor she needs to get a handle on her anger toward Brooke, Steffy walks in and tells Taylor that they need to get Thomas and go celebrate - Rick talked Brooke into letting Thomas work at Forrester! Stephanie and Pam look on, puzzled, as Steffy hugs Taylor! Steffy leaves, and Taylor says she's not buying any of this 'good guy' stuff from Rick. Pam says she'll keep an eye on Rick - if he tries anything, she'll kill him. Stephanie assures Taylor that everything will work out - Ridge will come to his senses and realize that he belongs with her! Stephanie is certain that Rick will push Ridge and Brooke's relationship over the edge - that's when they'll tell them the marriage isn't legal!

Tuesday, May 12
Stephanie collaborates with Bill, while Owen comes to a decision about Jackie and Bridget.
Bridget thinks about her kiss with Nick before walking into his new office to see him. She is early for the meeting and they awkwardly wait for everyone else. Nick asks how she likes the new office and Nick then tells her he meant everything he said last night. Bridget appreciates what he was trying to say, but then Stephanie and Clarke come to the meeting. Stephanie says Karen Spencer is still in town and she has a meeting with her later to pitch her a series of articles for Eye on Fashion. Nick says all corporate statements need to go through Jackie, but Stephanie notes if she wants a say, then she should come to work and leaves to meet with Karen.
Jackie and Owen flirt in her office and Bridget knocks on the door. She enters and asks if she forgot about the meeting. Jackie leaves in a hurry and Owen follows.
Clarke pitches lame ideas to Nick when Bridget, Jackie and Owen enter. Nick and Jackie bicker about Jackie’s absences of late.
Stephanie goes to see Karen, but she’s out and Bill Spencer is in. Stephanie calls him Bill, Jr., but he corrects her, saying, “Bill.” He explains he and his father had a business relationship and that he didn’t know him that well because he wasn’t raised by him. Bill says he earned his place in the company and they discuss Stephanie’s situation as well. Stephanie tells him she wanted a favor from Karen, but Bill informs her that Karen was called back home, so he will be handling things on the West Coast. Stephanie explains she is looking for publicity for Jackie M and wants to publish a series of articles she has written for Eye on Fashion. Bill says if she is looking for payback, she won’t find it there. Stephanie thinks people will be interested in hearing what she has to say and wonders if Bill is smart enough to profit from it. After Bill reads her articles he asks for more because his readers will like them. He will publish them and wants to call them “The Logan Chronicles,” but he wants to put it on the Internet as a webcast. He thinks it will be explosive, but wonders if she is prepared for the retaliation. Stephanie isn't the kind of woman who just rolls over and thinks she still has a formidable position in the fashion industry and Eric will be reminded of that. Bill likes the way she thinks and is happy to be a part of it and they shake on it.
The Jackie M models get fitted and Jackie says everything is perfect. After the models leave, Nick demands to know what is going on with her.
Owen comes to see Bridget to apologize for last night. She tells him he was charming and dinner was delicious. He doesn't want her to think he was expecting anything more, but he thinks she is confused as to what she really wants. Bridget tells him she talked to Nick last night after their date. He wonders if the past is becoming the present and Bridget tells him there are no do-overs in life. Owen thinks she has been through a lot and has been through a lot of losers. She needs to pick someone else this time and demand that he treat her better.
Owen goes to Jackie’s house who is soaking in the tub. She has called him over to help her with a spot she can’t reach. Owen is terse saying he wanted to talk to her about Bridget. Jackie says they can talk as soon as he takes his clothes off and gets in the tub with her. Jackie gives him car keys to his new car so when she calls him he can get there really fast. Owen is underwhelmed, but thanks her. Jackie tells him she needs to thank him because he lit the fire in her and she’s not ready for it to go out. Owen looks conflicted, still wanting to talk about Bridget, but Jackie tells him he doesn’t have to think about Bridget or anything; he just needs to enjoy it. Owen says she is his fantasy, but he is interested in a woman he can have a future with and can have children with. He wants to be a man of his word for Bridget and Jackie threatens that if he tries to put an end to them it will be the end of his career. Owen doesn't think she’d do that to him, but Jackie says, “Of course I would.”
Bill sets Stephanie up for the webcast, which is called "Inside Fashion with Stephanie Forrester." She is impressed, but a bit taken aback by the fact that it will be off the cuff. She begins by telling everyone about her current situation at Jackie M and that she is The New Stephanie Forrester A.D: After Donna. She goes on to talk about how wonderful fashion is and how sad things are at Forrester Creations. She rags on the Logans and says the quality of designs have gone over the cliff. She says Jackie M is full of new youthful ideas and muses that she wouldn’t buy Forrester Creations, “Would you?”

The Logan Chronicles cause a stir, Owen and Bridget’s lunch gets interrupted and Donna confronts Stephanie.
Stephanie shows Pam her Inside Fashion webcast. On her second installment, she explains how they received thousands of hits and goes on to talk about Donna and how she got together with Eric. Donna interrupts and they close Pam’s laptop. Donna wants Stephanie to stay away from their production departments and Stephanie assures her their designs are safe.
Donna goes into Eric’s office and starts to seduce him. Eric hangs up with whoever he was talking to and they get frisky.
Thorne watches Stephanie’s Logan Chronicles with Pam and says he can’t wait to see the look on Eric’s face when he hears about it. Thorne goes into his father's office interrupting Eric and Donna and shows them Stephanie’s webcast.
After Owen and Jackie watch Stephanie’s webcast, Jackie says Stephanie has found the perfect revenge and asks Owen to tell her to talk up Jackie M while she talks down FC. Owen wonders if that is an order and Jackie tells him not to sulk about last night. She says his value to her is not just professional. Owen calls what she did coercion and then tells her that he is going to lunch with Bridget and he doesn't want to be interrupted. Jackie tells him to be quick then because his job is to come when she calls and her job is to make sure he never regrets it.
Bridget sees a press release with Nick’s photo on it and thinks about their kiss. She goes into Jackie’s office and asks Owen if they are going out or ordering in. Owen wants to go out, but Jackie says they will order in.
Owen and Bridget eat in the office together and she asks about this job with Jackie. Owen is less than enthused and says he makes a bad decision every place he lands. Bridget questions this statement and Owen recounts how Felicia offered him money to do something dishonest and he agreed, but notes it never panned out and he blew the whistle on her. Bridget thinks this proves that when it comes down to it he does the right thing. Owen doesn’t want her to think less of him, he just doesn’t want her to be shocked when she finds out the things he’s done. Owen wants to take Bridget to the opera or ballet, but Bridget doesn’t want him to spend so much money. They flirt a bit and discuss their relationship in terms of traffic signs. Owen thinks things are all clear and they kiss. Jackie calls Owen and tells him lunchtime is over and he should come to the basement to meet her. Owen tells Bridget duty calls and she thanks him for lunch.
Thorne, Eric and Donna continue to watch Stephanie’s webcast, which slams Eric and shows a photo of him naked on the ledge. Stephanie blames the Logans for his downfall and Donna vows she won’t get away with it and storms out.
Donna goes to see Stephanie and calls her a bitter woman. She lashes out at her for exposing Eric to this kind of ridicule. Stephanie in turn blames Donna for making a fool of him in public. Donna thinks Stephanie expects him to come back, but Stephanie says that bridge has been burned. Stephanie just wants Eric to get a backbone and wash his hands of her because then it will have been worth it. The women exchange insults and Donna threatens Stephanie if she doesn’t stop this, she will spread the other side of the story to the press. Donna tells her to be gracious with defeat and declares that her days are over!
Owen goes to the basement to meet Jackie who is in a steam room wrapped in a towel and tells him he is far too overdressed. Owen is upset because Jackie knew he was with Bridget. Jackie thought they had an understanding, but Owen says she was his fantasy but their relationship is going nowhere. Jackie doesn’t want a relationship, but Owen does. Jackie isn’t stopping him from falling in love with Bridget, but since he’s not sleeping with Bridget, he’s not being unfaithful, so his being with her is not denying them anything. She starts to seduce him and takes off his shirt.

Ridge and Brooke debate who is a bigger threat to their relationship, Taylor freaks out over Rick and Steffy and Rick gives Steffy a special gift.
Stephanie tells Taylor about Donna’s visit and then asks what she thought about the webcast. Taylor loved it and thinks Brooke is probably just as furious as Donna is.
Brooke is outraged at Stephanie’s webcast, but Ridge defends his mother. Ridge thinks they need to let it go because they don’t need another issue between them. Brooke thought they were past the Rick thing, but Ridge isn’t so sure he will stay away from Steffy. Brooke assures Ridge she made it clear she wouldn’t tolerate Rick’s disrespect if he went after Steffy again. Ridge is appreciative but doesn’t trust Rick. Brooke asks Ridge to trust her because she will take care of Rick, but suggests Ridge take care of his mother. Ridge encourages her to ignore the webcast, but Brooke doesn’t think she can. She wants Ridge to make a statement, but Ridge thinks the best thing to do is to not do anything. Ridge thinks it will be done soon and Stephanie will be on to something else. He thinks Rick is more of a threat to them than Stephanie, but Brooke again says she took care of it. Ridge implores her to keep Rick from ‘sniffing’ around his daughter. Brooke has made it clear to Rick to stay away from Steffy and they debate the Stephanie issue again. Ridge tells her Stephanie has no sway over him any longer and she can’t hurt them, but Rick can. Ridge says they have to fight him together if Rick goes after Steffy again. Brooke hugs Ridge, but looks worried.
Steffy drops off something in Rick’s office and runs into him. He thinks maybe they should look at the report together, but Steffy doesn’t think she should even be in there. Rick flirts with Steffy and reminds her they used to have fun together. He tells her he’s keeping his distance out of respect and that he is trying to respect Ridge. He adds that he is changing for her. Steffy can see the change, but thinks he should do it for himself. Steffy hopes he’s working on his anger and Rick declares he is. Rick admits that he never fully believed they would get married because of his hatred of her father. Deep down he knew he didn’t deserve her, but he learned that with a woman like her you only get one chance. He knows he betrayed her trust, but hopes they can still laugh like they are doing right now. Steffy says, “We’ll see,” and Rick tells her he can't hurt her anymore than he already has. He accepts that he needs help because he let the best thing in his life slip through his fingers and he needs his head examined for that. Taylor enters the office and sees them in a close moment.
Taylor runs back to Stephanie’s office and tells her about seeing Rick and Steffy. Taylor frantically thinks something has to be done, but if she tells Ridge, he will go ballistic. Stephanie tells her to calm down because Brooke will side with Rick, there will be conflict between her and Ridge and then Taylor can swoop in. Taylor is more concerned about Steffy being safe from Rick.
Rick asks Steffy when Thomas comes on board and they discuss it a bit. Rick then says he has been spending a lot of time in the AV studio because he is working on a presentation for her. He hands her a disc labeled "Tribute." Rick says just because their relationship is over doesn’t mean he wants to forget it. He recalls they got together over their shared grief of Phoebe and says the disc is about someone she misses very much. He calls it a tribute to Phoebe’s memory and he made it for her and her family because he wants to keep Phoebe’s memory alive forever. Steffy wants to see it and Rick plays the disc which is filled with photos and video set to Phoebe singing. Steffy cries as she sees the images of her sister. There is a voiceover of Rick saying, “Her star will guide us to a new day.” Steffy turns to Rick and hugs him

Steffy forgives Rick, but Ridge isn’t as generous and Donna meets Bill.
Steffy tells Rick the video was the most thoughtful gift she ever got, but wonders why he made it. Rick isn’t expecting anything – it was a genuine gift. Rick apologizes saying he made a promise to stay away from her and starts to leave, but Steffy stops him. She tells him she wants to hate him, but then he does something like this and calls it beautiful. It shows her that she wasn’t totally wrong about him and there’s still some good in him. She asks if he wants a future with her and he confirms. He’ll do anything she asks and she tells him he needs to end the feud with her dad. Rick will try, but it will be hard. She instructs that he treat Ridge with respect no matter how her dad treats him. She says he can't give her reason to question his motives and if he wants another chance with her it will be on her terms. Rick wants more than a chance with her; he wants to spend the rest of his life with her. He will do anything to earn her trust and respect back. Steffy wants to show her dad what a good man he is and grabs the DVD and leaves.
Donna barges into Bill Spencer’s office, but he’s not in. She sees his photo and thinks he’s cute. Bill sneaks up on her and flirts with her a little. He wonders what she wants and Donna replies that she wants him to pull the plug on Stephanie, calling The Logan Chronicles slander. Bill likes a passionate woman and thinks maybe he can help her. Bill is impressed by her brazen behavior and compliments her. Donna won’t be swayed by flattery, but Bill assures her he says what he means and gets what he wants. Bill notes she is standing up for her man, but wonders why Eric isn’t standing up for himself. Donna says he won’t stoop to Stephanie’s level. Bill tells Donna he can turn sentiment against Stephanie if he has the right motivation. He thinks she has the passion to spare and wants to see more of that and less of her clothes. He points out that she is drawn to powerful men and he has what she needs if she gives him what he wants. She tells him she is married, but Bill thinks if Eric won’t stand up to his ex-wife, he certainly won’t come after him. He backs her up against the wall and asks, “So what do you say my little barracuda?”
Brooke and Ridge rehash the Rick issue and she assures him she stands with him if Rick doesn’t keep his word. Taylor runs into the office saying Rick is after Steffy. Brooke is furious she barged in and Taylor explains what she saw between Rick and Steffy. Brooke thinks she saw what she wanted to see and Ridge accuses Brooke of already making excuses for Rick. He wonders how many times they will go through this.
Steffy comes in and Taylor and Ridge question her about Rick. Steffy tells them about the DVD, but Taylor thinks it’s a ploy. Ridge wonders how Steffy can ignore what Rick said, but Steffy insists she isn't, however, he never said he didn’t love her. Ridge and Taylor can’t believe she is thinking about forgiving him, but Steffy informs them she already has and they will too once they see the DVD. Ridge won’t watch it, but Steffy plays it anyway. Taylor cries and Ridge tells Steffy this isn’t an act of kindness and love, but another manipulation to use Phoebe’s memory to lure her back. Brooke thinks it’s a tribute to Phoebe, but Ridge angrily tells her not to defend Rick. Steffy think Ridge is wrong and tells them she misses Rick and wants him back in her life. Ridge demands she never see Rick again and he doesn’t want to hear one more word in support of this nightmare. Steffy backs down and tells her father it’s over if he can’t accept it because she can't hurt him. She gets upset and leaves. Brooke wonders how Ridge could do this to Steffy and leaves as well. Taylor knows Steffy will be through with Rick, but Ridge says, “Brooke isn’t. All of her promises - it means nothing.” He knew Rick would be a problem when they got married and if he had known back then… He says it doesn’t matter because they are married. Taylor tells him that actually, they aren’t.

Monday, May 18
Taylor makes her move, Donna rebuffs Bill’s advances and Rick and Steffy say goodbye.
Ridge is stunned, as Taylor tells him Pam screwed up their marriage license, so he and Brooke are not husband and wife. He learns Stephanie knows as well and Taylor tells him he could fix this clerical error if he really wants to. She then talks about Rick and can’t believe Brooke won’t support Ridge in this whole thing. She never treated him like that when they were married and wonders if he ever thinks about when they were together. Ridge is frustrated that Brooke always sides with Rick and didn’t expect this from her. Ridge can’t understand Brooke’s point of view on all of this. Taylor always thought he was happiest when he was with her and wishes she could go back and change things. She says she misses him and would give anything to go back and do things differently. She says that’s really his choice now; it just depends on what kind of future he wants to have. Ridge won’t refile the marriage license just yet and wants it to be kept between them for right now. Since he is not married to Brooke, Taylor kisses him and suggests they pick up where they left off.
Donna tells Bill he is out of his mind if he thinks she will sleep with him in order to stop Stephanie. Bill tells her Eric is screwed, but she could fix that. Donna wonders why he is doing this and he responds, “Because I can.” Donna brings up Bill, Sr. and thinks Junior is a lot like him. Bill doesn’t know about that, but says the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Bill tells her she is his kind of woman because she goes after what she wants and she gets it. He thinks she has ‘epic skills in the sack’ and is dying to experience them. Donna declares nothing will ever happen with them, but Bill just takes it as a challenge. She tells him this was the most unprofessional meeting she’s ever had, but Bill tells her it’s a meeting she will never forget. Donna asks why he really came there and what he wants with her and Eric. Bill just continues to flirt with Donna and make sexual remarks, but she calls his bluff thinking he just wants her because she is Eric’s wife. Bill gets a call and says he hopes to see her soon, calling her Little Barracuda again.
Brooke and Steffy come to see Rick and tell him Ridge thinks the DVD was a stunt. Rick is upset and thinks he should talk to him, but Steffy says it won't change anything. She tells him they can't be together. Rick doesn’t want her to give up so easily, but Brooke insists they have to because Ridge is too upset about it. Rick won’t accept it, but Brooke appeals to Steffy to let it go. Rick is upset she is siding with Ridge again, but Brooke tells him her marriage is on thin ice. Brooke gives Rick and Steffy some time to say goodbye to each other and demands they mean it.
Brooke leaves and Rick wonders why they are living their lives for other people. Steffy says it’s out of their hands. Rick asks Steffy to run away with him, but she won’t turn her back on her father. Steffy tells him they have to go their own separate ways and if he loved her he would understand that. Rick gives her the engagement ring, but Steffy won’t take it back. He tells her to put it in a safe place and whenever she feels alone she should take it out and know that he is with her because that’s where he will always be. Rick and Steffy then share a kiss.

Tuesday, May 19
Bill meets the Jackie M team, Ridge confronts Stephanie, Brooke and Taylor bicker and Eric extends an invitation to Bill.
Taylor comes looking for Stephanie in her office and when she doesn’t find her, Taylor recalls kissing Ridge.
Brooke walks in Eric’s office and finds Ridge. She tells him Rick and Steffy aren’t getting back together, but Ridge notes they’ve been in the place before. Brooke tells him that was the past and nothing will ever come between their marriage again. Brooke apologizes for supporting Rick, but she doesn’t believe her son would use Phoebe to gain sympathy. She thinks the DVD was a beautiful gesture, but Ridge calls it a cold, self-serving move and wonders how she could think it was beautiful. Ridge wants her to promise him she will fight Rick and Steffy getting back together under any circumstances and Brooke agrees, but wonders if this is his way of letting her know they are over if Rick and Steffy stay together. Ridge says, “Just don’t let anything happen between them. It’s all up to you.”
Bill meets the Jackie M team and tells Nick getting Stephanie was quite a coup. Stephanie tells Bill she wrote up a couple more articles on The Logan Chronicles and Bill is thrilled, but tells her that Donna wants her stopped. Nick asks how he handled it and Bill relays that he said he would do it if she did something for him. Bridget reminds him Donna is her father’s wife and Bill assures her Donna turned him down, but maybe he can come calling on her if she’s free. Stephanie gets a call from Taylor and leaves.
Donna comes to the rooftop at FC and finds Eric working. He asks where she’s been and she tells him she went to see Bill Spencer. Eric doesn’t need her to run interference for him and Donna apologizes. Eric wants to know what Bill said to her and Donna just says the best thing they can do is to steer clear of him. Eric wishes there was something they could do to get him to back off.
Taylor catches Stephanie up on what Rick did and Stephanie is appalled. She points out that Brooke chose her son over Ridge again and Taylor lets Stephanie know she told Ridge about his invalid marriage. Taylor believes if Brooke sticks up for Rick one more time, their marriage will be over.
Jackie gives Bill a tour of Jackie M, as the rest of the team follows. Bill hopes Bridget isn’t too offended by his remark earlier. Bridget thinks someone in her family has said much worse. Bill points out that person is Stephanie.
Alone with Nick, Owen wonders if he was bothered by Bill’s comments to Bridget. Nick thinks Bridget can handle Bill, but wants to make sure Owen knows how much of a lady she is. Owen retorts that Nick has hurt Bridget enough and the best thing he can do is to stay out of her life, as an irritated Bridget listens at the door.
Eric calls Bill to invite him to dinner at his house. Bill accepts only if Donna joins them and Eric assures him she'll be there. Donna tells Eric Bill is trouble.
Bill grabs his bag, which contains a very large file on Forrester Creations.
Ridge confronts his mother on her knowledge that his marriage isn’t valid. She defends her actions and thinks he should go back to Taylor because Brooke keeps supporting her son. Ridge declares Brooke has promised she’s on his side, but Stephanie thinks she’s promised before. She thinks if he and Brooke aren’t together Rick will stop. She just wants Ridge to be happy and she thinks Taylor can make that happen.
Taylor runs into Brooke on the rooftop and Brooke accuses Taylor of using the situation between Rick and Steffy to make a play for Ridge. Taylor says they have a family and a lot of things in common so she doesn’t need to find opportunities to get in Ridge’s good graces. Taylor tells Brooke Rick will always be an issue in her marriage and when she blows it, she will be there to pick up the pieces.
Owen walks by Jackie’s door and she pulls him into her office purring that his kitty is hungry.
Nick thinks about his recent kiss with Bridget and she walks in his office. She tells him he has no right to talk to Owen about her. Nick wonders if he shouldn’t have kissed her and Bridget tells her he absolutely shouldn’t have because he should have learned from his mistakes. Nick has learned and not a day goes by that he doesn’t think about what he’s learned or what he feels or what he tries to stop feeling for her. Bridget demands he stop and not say another word.

Wednesday, May 20
Katie makes a decision, Nick wants Bridget back and Bill makes Eric an offer.
Nick looks at a photo of him and Bridget and hides it when Katie comes downstairs. He rushes off to work and a disappointed Katie tells him she’ll wait up. She looks in the drawer and finds the photo Nick was looking at.
Donna comes downstairs and thinks about Bill’s proposal. Eric enters the living room and tells her she’s beautiful. Donna suggests they cancel their dinner with Bill and go out instead. Eric says they can’t because they need his support in the fashion press and then Bill comes to the house. They toast to new friends, but Eric isn’t sure about that, as they discuss The Logan Chronicles. Bill shows them the latest issue of Eye on Fashion, which reads, “The Downfall of Forrester Creations.” Bill says he won’t put it on the stands if Eric gives him something he wants. He offers Eric one hundred million dollars for FC, saying Eric took his eye off the ball. He doesn't know how any work gets done with all the Logan minxes running around Forrester. Eric tells him that's enough and instructs him to get out of his house. Eric gets a call and tells Bill not to be there when he gets back. Bill tells Donna one night with him and he’ll leave Eric and his company alone. Donna tells him to get out, but Bill suggests she think about it before leaving.
Jackie asks Owen what they should do tonight. Owen tells her he has a date with Bridget and it will happen whether she or Nick likes it or not. Jackie is interested that Nick might have said something and doesn’t think Katie and Nick will ever get married.
Brooke comes to see Katie who tells her she is leaving Nick. Katie knows Nick would never walk away from her and she can’t live with him while he is still in love with Bridget. Katie says she pushed Bridget out, but Brooke thinks Bridget is fine now. Katie thinks they are all pretending everything is fine and tells Brooke she is living Bridget's life and if she wants it back, she can have it.
Bridget leaves a note on Nick’s desk and then runs into him. He sees the envelope and opens it to read that she is resigning. Bridget explains she can't work there any longer and asks why he kissed her. Nick is sorry he did it, but he doesn’t want her to resign. Nick can’t get her out of his head and she asks about Katie. Nick doesn’t know, but Bridget says this can’t go anywhere because they don't work. She is going to move on with Owen, but Nick balks at that prospect. Bridget tells him tonight she is putting him behind her once and for all. Nick doesn’t think Owen is right for her and vows that he is ready to give her his best if she can give him one more chance. Owen interrupts them and asks Bridget if she is ready to go. Bridget wipes away her tears and leaves with him.
Katie writes Nick a “Dear John” letter and takes off her engagement ring.
Nick sits at his desk looking at photos and Jackie comes in wondering if he is upset Bridget is with Owen. Nick says he shouldn’t have let her leave their marriage. He’s trying to hang on to what he has with Katie, but Bridget’s shadow is hanging over them. He wonders if he can give Bridget what she needs and tells his mother he asked for a second chance with her. He feels like he finally knows himself and what he wants and needs. He really believes that he needs Bridget, but she’s scared. Nick knows he can be the man she deserves and wants, but he doesn’t know how to go about doing it. He asks Jackie to help him get Bridget back where she belongs.

Thursday, May 21
Bill and Katie meet, Bridget and Owen find they can’t have meaningless sex, Nick tracks Bridget down and Jackie and Owen are outed.
Jackie suggests Nick tell Bridget how he feels, but Nick thinks she’s moving on. Jackie doesn’t think she wants Owen and that she really wants him. Jackie encourages her son to go after Bridget and Nick says, “Let’s go get her.”
Bridget and Owen go to his beach house, Bridget starts taking his shirt off and they start to kiss. They get more passionate on the couch and Bridget thinks about Nick. Owen notices she is distracted and asks if she is still with him. Bridget says, “Of course I am.” She tells him she won’t walk away tonight and starts to take her clothes off. She straddles him on the couch and they start making out again. Bridget stops and tells Owen about kissing Nick. She gets upset talking about it and says she wants to move forward with him. They kiss again, but Bridget thinks this is out of character for her and asks for a glass of wine. Owen gets her one and she slams it. Owen asks what she needs him to do and she tells him she needs him to sweep her off her feet and to make love to her. They continue their interlude, but Bridget can’t stop thinking about Nick. Bridget stops Owen saying she can’t do this because she still has issues with Nick. Owen says the truth is he can’t either because there is someone else in his life as well. Bridget is confused, but Owen says he’s into her, but someone else came along and it was very unexpected. He says it’s a very unique kind of relationship. Bridget can’t believe it’s so hard to have meaningless sex and feels like an idiot because she can’t let Nick go.
Katie has a couple of martinis at the bar and Bill walks in. She drunkenly orders the bartender to keep her drinks coming and Bill notices her. He sits down and strikes up a conversation with her. Katie thinks he’s good looking and wonders if she knows him. Bill doesn’t think so, but says, “I’m Bill. My friends call me Dollar Bill.” Katie retorts, “My friends call me Homewrecker,” and tells Bill her story. Katie gets cut off by the bartender and she asks Bill to order a drink so she can sneak it in her glass. Bill thinks he should take her home instead and asks where she lives. Katie thinks that’s a good question and guesses she can stay at her sister’s. Bill takes Katie to his room so he can get his keys.
Nick and Jackie drive to Owen's place and Nick wonders if Bridget really wants to be with Owen. Jackie points out that he is good looking and a good lover and Nick wonders how she knows that. Jackie plays it off saying she just assumes it. Jackie gives Nick a short cut to Owen’s place and Nick is suspicious.
Bill and Katie go to his room and Katie hits the mini-bar. Bill thinks she should stop drinking, but she wants to have fun. Bill then says, “How about you stop talking? I think you’ve done enough of that tonight.” Katie thinks Bill seems like a nice guy and that a girl could really fall in love with him and then passes out on his bed.
Nick runs into Owen’s house and after seeing her and Owen half dressed, tells Bridget he came to get her but he doesn’t think he made it in time. Bridget tells him nothing happened because she couldn't stop thinking about him. Nick tells her he will do whatever it takes and they kiss. Jackie comes running in and sees Nick and Bridget kissing. She asks Owen if he and Bridget had sex and he tells her neither one of them could do it. Jackie and Owen start kissing and Nick wonders what his mother is doing. Jackie and Owen make out, as Nick and Bridget look on stunned.

Friday, May 22
Nick and Bridget reconcile, Bill summons Donna and Eric confronts Stephanie.
At the beach house, Nick wants to know why he hasn’t heard about Jackie and Owen before. Jackie reminds him he suggested she find something to fill her time and Nick wonders why she couldn’t have taken up knitting or cards or something. Jackie urges Nick to take Bridget home and to say what he has to say to her before he lets her slip through his fingers again.
Eric is too angry to sleep, but Donna urges him to not let Bill get to him. She asks about the phone call he got and Eric says the call wasn’t good because two of the largest boutiques won’t be carrying their fall line.
In Bill’s hotel room, he covers Katie up in bed and lets her sleep it off. A woman comes to his door and gives him Katie’s purse that she left at the bar. Bill goes through it and finds her license, learning that she is Donna’s sister.
Nick and Bridget go back to his house, but Bridget thinks she should leave. Nick stops her and checks upstairs for Katie. Bridget sees the note Katie left and when Nick comes back down he reads the letter breaking up with him. Nick tells Bridget Katie isn't coming back because she knows being with her is the life he wants and she is letting him have that. Bridget doesn’t know if she can do this. She loves him, but isn’t sure if she can put this back together again. He admits he screwed up and asks for her to forgive him. She says she already has, but Nick doesn’t think so considering she has doubts about giving them another try. Nick is sorry he hurt her so badly, but he knows he will be the man he promised her he can be. He wants to be an example for his son and vows that he can be faithful. He also knows that no one loves or gets her the way that he does. Bridget says it won’t come back all at once and there will be days when she needs proof. Nick will do whatever it takes and will give her whatever she needs. Bridget tells him that just being faithful will get her home again. Nick responds, “You already are home.” They kiss and he literally sweeps her off her feet to take her upstairs where they proceed to have sex.
Donna gets a phone call from Bill who tells her she needs to come to his suite because Katie is with him. He smugly says he will be expecting her and Donna runs out the door.
Stephanie comes to see Eric who tells her that her independent ‘success’ is allowing Bill to drive nails in FC. Eric thinks Bill is using her and accuses her of helping to ruin FC, but Stephanie thinks FC is tanking because of bad karma. Eric spits out that she is embarrassing herself with her blogs and that Bill is stealing from her children’s legacy. He wonders if that’s how she wants her success on her own terms to be.
Donna goes to Bill’s room and sees her passed out sister. She wonders if Bill drugged her, but he tells her she is simply drunk. Katie wakes up and cries when she sees her sister, but assures Donna Bill didn’t do anything to her. Donna wonders what’s going on and Katie tells Donna she left Nick. Bill looks on amused as Katie runs to throw up.
Donna comes out of the bathroom after helping to clean Katie up and asks him to turn around so she can put on Katie’s jacket in order to give Katie her shirt to wear. Bill has a better idea and sits down saying, “Any time you’re ready.” Donna goes to the bathroom to change, but Bill gives her a shirt for Katie to wear instead. He asks why she married Eric and she responds that she loves him. Bill retorts that he’s old and Donna wonders why he is being so ugly when he’s doing something so nice, like taking care of her sister. She wants to thank him and Bill says, “So do.” Bill kisses her, but Donna backs away.

Monday, May 25
Katie learns about Nick and Bridget and then flirts with Bill, while Stephanie discovers Bill’s plan and gives Eric a list of demands to stop him.
Donna reassures Katie over the phone regarding Bill and then thinks about him after she hangs up. Bill then calls her and flirts. She thanks him for what he did last night and Pam overhears her talking to him.
Stephanie barges into Bill’s office and asks if he is using her. Bill tells her it’s a win-win situation for both of them, but Stephanie thinks he has ulterior motives. Bill admits he is trying to bring down the price of FC and tells Stephanie she may one day have enough money to buy the company from him. He doesn’t think Eric is unhappy enough yet, but predicts that he will be.
Donna walks into Eric’s office and hears him tell Gloria that he won’t let Bill Spencer take over his life’s work. Gloria needs legal proof before she can take action against him, but adds that Bill is trying to push Forrester into bankruptcy so he can buy it at a devalued price.
Nick calls Katie and leaves a message, as she walks in his office. She tries to pretend everything is okay and that they can be friends, but Nick notes her eyes are awfully red. Katie admits she was drowning her sorrows, but there are no regrets; she believes he should have a life with Bridget. She thinks Nick should fight for her and Bridget enters. Katie tells Bridget she and Nick broke up and apologizes for everything that’s happened. Bridget is sorry as well saying she and Nick should have been honest with each other a long time ago and Katie realizes they are back together. Bridget wants everything to be okay and Katie asks her niece for forgiveness. Bridget has already forgiven her and they hug.
Eric rants about Bill Spencer to Donna and she tells Eric about Katie and how he helped her. Pam stands at the doorway and hears Donna says she has seen a different side of Bill and there may be some decency in him yet. Eric doesn’t think she should be fooled by Bill and Stephanie walks in saying she’s not and tells them he wants to drive down the value of FC. Stephanie thinks she can stop Bill, but she has conditions first: Ridge remains CEO, Thorne becomes President, Rick is out and Eric must rewrite his will giving one hundred percent of his company to Ridge, Thorne and Felicia. Eric is irate and storms out of the office. Donna attacks Stephanie saying she is the one destroying the company. Stephanie thinks FC is in big trouble blaming the Logans for solely creating scandal. Donna recounts the Logans’ contributions, but Stephanie says that was a long time ago. Donna thinks Stephanie is actually hurting her own family by attacking FC and states that the Logans are the future. Donna rips up Stephanie’s list of demands, but Stephanie tells her the day of reckoning will come and she shouldn’t underestimate her.
After Nick walks Katie out of the building, Bridget notes how touched Katie was when he said she could still be a part of Jack's life. Nick says Katie left to touch base with her Good Samaritan. Nick and Bridget then make out in his office and Nick locks the door but Bridget wonders if they should take things slowly. Nick thinks it’s a little late for that after last night. Bridget says Owen thinks she should be put on a pedestal and that she should be courted. Nick doesn’t want to talk about Owen, but he thinks she can have whatever she wants, whenever she wants it. He then swings her over to the couch and they continue to kiss.
Katie goes to Bill’s office and he gives her a hangover remedy, which Katie turns her nose up at. She doesn't remember much of the night before and he teases her a little bit. Katie has to go to work and tells him she intends to combat the assault The Logan Chronicles has launched. Bill flirts with her and she just smiles, dumps out his hangover cure and walks out.

Jackie defends her relationship with Owen, Nick makes Owen an offer, Bill and Stephanie make new plans and Stephanie tries to lure Ridge to her side.
Donna calls Stephanie bitter and says her family controls Forrester and they will survive no matter what she does. Stephanie tells her she is too dumb to know when trouble is staring her right in the face.
Jackie comes into the Jackie M office listening to her MP3 player and tells her son Owen taught her how to use it. Jackie is happy he and Bridget have reconciled, but Nick wants to talk to her about Owen. He thinks she is paying for sex and calls it embarrassing. He also doesn’t like that he is half her age, but Jackie has no shame about being with him. Nick thinks Owen is using her, but Jackie tells her son they are just living for the moment and for the first time in a long time she is happy.
Bridget questions Owen about his relationship with Jackie and he says he likes that she threatens him with his job and he comes running. However, he defends his position at Jackie M saying he got it based on his professional talents.
Eric comes into his office with Ridge. Ridge says it was only a matter of time before FC was compromised. Donna angrily challenges him to blame the Logans. Ridge points out none of it happened until after Stephanie was let go. Donna defends the decision and implores Eric to explain how Stephanie tried to blackmail him. Eric lays it out for Ridge and then gets a call from a vendor demanding money. Ridge acknowledges they are in trouble and Donna accuses Stephanie of pushing them over the edge.
Stephanie goes to see Bill and asks him to publish the next edition of The Logan Chronicles. Bill is a little surprised she wants to help him with his agenda and wonders what it will cost him. Stephanie wants Bill to sell the company to her after he acquires it. She wants control of Forrester so she can put it firmly in the hands of her children. Stephanie considers FC her children’s legacy and will not allow the company to collapse. She sees The Logan Chronicles as her way of wresting control of the company because she is determined to protect her kids’ legacy and once they get control, they can push the Logans out. Bill thinks Eric is a fool for underestimating her, but will learn his lesson.
Jackie tells Bridget she is happy she and Nick have reconciled and asks if she hears wedding bells. Bridget says they are taking their time and will be careful. She points out Nick is very protective of her and everyone else in his life. Jackie thinks Nick will come around to the idea of her and Owen. Jackie trusts Owen and that’s all that Nick needs to know.
Owen is summoned to Nick’s office who tells him he doesn’t like what’s going on with him and his mother. Nick wants to know what it will cost him to get him out of Jackie’s life. Owen tells Nick he likes his mother a lot and that he’s not going anywhere. Nick warns Owen that he will be watching him and Owen retorts all he’ll see is him making his mother extremely happy.
Bill calls Eric giving him a second chance to sell the company to him, but for a reduced price: eighty million dollars. Eric passes and Stephanie thinks they will have to wear him down. She thinks between her and Bill, Eric won’t stand a chance.
Ridge worries that Bill keeps coming after them and Donna tells Eric the Logans will help FC through this crisis. Ridge gets a text message to meet his mother at Il Giardino and leaves.
Donna tells Eric she blames Stephanie and says if she really cared about the company she would stop the webcasts and articles. She thinks Stephanie is just trying to get revenge on her family, but she’s hurting her own kids in the process.
Ridge meets his mother who tells him she wants to regain control of the company for him, Thorne and Felicia. She tells him FC has no new line and all Brooke and Eric want to do is help Rick. She blames Eric for driving the company into the ground in the hopes that both sets of his children will work side by side. Ridge doesn’t want to talk about Rick because when all is said and done, he is Brooke’s son. Stephanie thinks she will always choose Rick over him and that it’s all about Rick’s hatred for him. Ridge wonders what he is supposed to do. Stephanie tells him to walk away from Brooke and go to Taylor. She thinks they can pool their resources to get control of the company and says they have to push the Logans out. That means Brooke has to go.

Brooke responds to The Logan Chronicles, while Stephanie brings Taylor in to help with Ridge.
Still at Il Giardino, Stephanie continues to try and convince Ridge to help her get control of FC. Ridge isn’t committing to anything until he knows what exactly her plan is. Stephanie shares that Bill is involved and Ridge is none to pleased to hear it.
Jarrett shares his doubts with Bill about the webcasts tearing down the Forresters. Bill threatens his job, so Jarrett gets on board with doing a juicy tabloid interview.
Brooke and Rick watch The Logan Chronicles, where Stephanie trashes Brooke. Rick thinks it’s time to stop Stephanie from tearing her down and if Ridge won’t do anything about it, then he will. Brooke doesn’t want him to get involved because it will only make matters worse for her and Ridge. Rick is acting as the president of the company and will defend her and FC. Brooke asks him not to do anything and heads out to talk to Bill Spencer.
Stephanie makes a call to have someone come to Il Giardino to meet with her and Ridge. She goes back to the table and Ridge tells her many of FC’s clients are hooked on The Logan Chronicles. He then realizes Stephanie is helping Bill drive down the value of the company so he can buy it and Stephanie confirms it. She tells her son she and Bill need him on the inside to let them know when Eric’s tipping point comes.
Bill is pleased to see Brooke in his office and they debate the Stephanie issue. Bill asks what she’s wearing under her clothes because if she’s wearing sexy lingerie, then Stephanie is right, but if she’s wearing granny undies, then he will cut Stephanie off at the knees. Brooke won’t strip for him to prove a point and Bill assumes Stephanie is right. Brooke calls The Logan Chronicles trash and thinks it’s beneath him, but Bill would much rather be rich than respected. Bill won’t put a stop to Stephanie’s webcasts, but he wants to give Brooke a chance to respond to The Logan Chronicles on her own webcast.
Taylor runs into Il Giardino and senses things are tense between Stephanie and Ridge. She learns what’s going on with Bill and Stephanie implores Ridge to help her get FC back and then leaves.
Stephanie goes to FC and runs into Rick in Eric’s office. They exchange heated barbs and Rick gets a call from Brooke who tells him about her webcast. Rick excitedly opens his laptop and tells Stephanie there is something he wants her to see.
Ridge asks Taylor for her advice on whether or not he should help his mother and she tells him only he can make that decision, but she doesn’t want him to make a decision in haste. She wonders how Brooke will react to learning he was the one to help his mother get the company back. Ridge thinks she would have to accept it and Taylor wonders if he will tell Brooke about their invalid marriage. Taylor knows he loves Brooke, but she thinks they are trying to force a relationship to happen that should have happened a lifetime ago. She thinks they are dealing with different dynamics now and urges him to stop pretending. She thinks he was much happier when he was with her and says, “Come back to me.”
Stephanie and Rick watch as Brooke rants about Stephanie wanting Ridge to be with Taylor. Brooke also extols on her achievements at FC and talks up Donna, Katie, Rick and even Storm. She says the contribution of the Logans is one of the reasons FC is successful. She says the Logans are in charge and that FC is a Logan run company. That’s how it will remain, as it rises to greater heights than ever before.
Stephanie notes to Rick that Brooke didn’t even mention Ridge or Eric and Rick defends her statement. Stephanie tells him not to let his guard down because it won’t last.

Nick and Bridget enjoy some time together, while Ridge sees Brooke’s webcast.
Taylor tells Ridge she doesn’t like seeing him in this state and says they were both much happier together. She thinks all these problems could go away if he were with her instead of Brooke. Taylor knows Brooke loves him, but she can’t make him happy. She believes the two of them grew together with their family and asks Ridge when the last time was that he was truly happy. She isn’t afraid of the answers, but she thinks he is.
Stephanie and Rick talk about Brooke’s webcast and Thomas runs in outraged that ‘they’ want to take over. Rick says, “Look around squirt.”
Ridge gets a call from Stephanie who tells him about Brooke’s webcast.
Brooke is confident her webcast will hinder Bill’s attempt at devaluing FC, but Bill says, “Let’s wait and see. You never know how things will play out.”
Bridget plays with Jack and Nick comes downstairs. Nick notes it’s like she barely missed any time with the boy and Bridget confesses that Jackie secretly brought Jack to see her because she missed him so much.
Bill looks at how many hits and comments Brooke’s webcast is receiving and laughs in delight.
Thomas and Rick argue and Stephanie tells them to stop. Rick calls Thomas a felon, but Stephanie reminds him no one is dead because of her grandson. Thomas declares that the Logans don't run this business and that they are a joke. Rick lunges for Thomas, but Ridge and Taylor come in and Ridge tells Rick to not even think about hitting his son. Brooke walks in and everyone in the room debates the webcasts. Stephanie thinks Ridge should see Brooke’s handiwork.
After Bridget puts Jack to bed, Nick wants to get frisky, but Bridget wants to talk. She sees the Nerf basketball and assumes it’s Jack’s. Nick tells her that technically it’s not, but it is now. Nick wonders if they talked enough and Bridget says they have and they kiss.
Ridge watches the webcast and Brooke defends what she said and vows she wasn’t trying to shut the Forresters out of the company when she said FC was a Logan run company. Ridge tells everyone he and Brooke need to discuss it alone. Taylor lingers behind and lashes out at Brooke for shutting her children out. Taylor thinks Brooke will always put her family ahead of everything else and the way she treats Ridge is insulting. She tells Brooke he has a lot of other options and a family with her. She says she never treated him like this and states that Ridge deserves better and he knows where to find it.
Nick and Bridget canoodle and Bridget asks if basketball was his thing with Katie. Nick says he will give up basketball because no sacrifice is too great. Bridget says he will eat his words and asks him to give up the cigars. Nick was hoping for something a little more interesting, but Bridget insists. Nick begrudgingly throws them away and says he has a request of his own: Bridget putting her lab coat on or her Madame X wig on and them getting naughty. Bridget playfully says they took the night off and then Nick starts to tickle her.
Taylor goes to Stephanie and instructs her to counteract what Brooke said. Stephanie thinks it is working in their favor and they are one step closer to getting FC back and Taylor is closer to getting Ridge back. Stephanie thinks she and Ridge belong together and she doesn’t care how it happens. She believes that each day Brooke chooses Rick over Ridge, the gap widens.
Ridge tells Brooke she can’t make a decision for the company on the spur of the moment and that she gave the website more publicity. Brooke explains that Rick thought they should defend the Logans. Ridge thinks there are three people in this relationship, but Brooke says if there are, the third person is Taylor. Ridge tells Brooke her webcast made things worse, but Brooke promises she wouldn’t do anything to hurt his children and understands his bond with Taylor. Ridge thinks maybe he overreacted and Brooke thinks they shouldn’t let this affect their marriage and the commitment they made to each other. Brooke notes something is bothering Ridge and says they promised to be open with each other because that’s what their marriage is about. She says he can talk to her and asks what’s going on. Ridge just grabs her and hugs her.

Stephanie agrees to back off FC, but then learns of Bill’s real agenda, while Nick and Bridget do some serious reconnecting.
Felicia and Thorne meet with Stephanie in Ridge’s office and ask her to bring them on at Jackie M. Stephanie tells them she has a plan to put the control of FC back in their hands. Ridge agrees they all want change, but worries how it will affect Eric. Felicia seconds that saying with every installment of the Logan Chronicles Eric becomes more depressed. Stephanie is only trying to regain control of the company for them, but Ridge asks her to stop. She asks if that's how they all feel and Throne and Felicia concur. Ridge tells Stephanie it’s not her battle to fight and Felicia says getting FC back isn’t worth all the fighting between her and Eric. Stephanie just wants them to be in charge and maybe one day it will work out that way. Stephanie agrees to let it go and leaves.
Nick and Bridget continue to play around in the living room and make out on the couch. Nick gets quiet and says he can’t believe this is really happening. Bridget can’t either, but kisses him and says that it is happening. The two of them proceed to have sex and discuss how lucky they are.
Eric, Donna, Katie and Pam discuss Stephanie’s webcast and Eric says she is succeeding in bringing FC to its knees.
Katie helps Eric get more information and Donna wonders why Stephanie is allowed in the building because she is attacking the company. Eric is convinced it’s Bill’s fault because he’s using her. Katie agrees and says they need a strategy to get him to back off. Donna looks thoughtful and they wonder if she has a way to accomplish that.
After Katie leaves, Eric presses Donna on her ideas to get rid of Bill. Donna brushes it off and they argue about Stephanie. Eric doesn’t think Stephanie knows what she’s in for with Bill.
Stephanie tells Bill she doesn't want to continue the blog or the articles because her fight with Eric and the company is over. Bill thinks her kids will forgive her if she turns the company over to them. He thinks it’s time to turn up the heat saying Eric doesn’t have the killer instinct to go for the jugular. Stephanie agrees saying he is good hearted. Bill quotes Stephanie’s latest article that says Eric’s soft heart clouds his judgment personally, professionally and legally. Bill wonders what that means, but Stephanie doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Bill thinks she is protecting him and maybe Eric is cooking the books. She tells him Eric is not a brilliant businessman, but there is no dirt on him. Bill thinks there’s a secret hanging there and wants to know what will bring Eric to his knees. Bill thinks Eric is vulnerable and realizes his weakness is his many employees who may not be there legally but need to provide for their families. Stephanie urges him not to proceed or else they can’t be partners. Bill doesn’t recall them being partners, but thinks she has given him the brass key to lock Eric behind bars. Stephanie realizes he wants Forrester Creations for himself and that’s why he is in L.A. Bill tells her FC is a company he has always coveted and that he knew how angry she was based on the things Karen told him. He says anger is a powerful motivator and Stephanie realizes he has been using her. He declares that Forrester Creations will be his.
Ridge, Thorne and Felicia come to Eric’s office and tell him and Donna that Stephanie has decided to stop the attack against Forrester. Eric wonders what changed her mind and Felicia tells him they did. Eric wants to talk to Stephanie, but Ridge informs him she is on her way to talk to Bill.
