My vote goes to Adrienne Frantz (Amber), i loved her in this role ever since she played it in 1997, i miss her on this show i hope she will come back someday, this show is just not the same without her. I would to see her back with Thomas again they made a very cute couple.

Even though i absolutely love Adrienne Frantz, she wasn't really on the show that much this year so I went with the twins who play hope.
Plus, I think that Adrienne might be a little too old to be in the Younger Actress Catagory.
