no biggie today
Dante talks to Budge about his kiss with her momma, he daydreams about the kiss and giggles like a kid when he thinks about it
Budge gets jealous(if you ask me) and she storms over to Brooke's house and starts asking her questions about what happened between her and Dante, and even though she calls him a fiend, she's asking very possesive.
Eric talks to both on seperate occasions, he warns Brooke that this could backfire on her.
Ridge has the nerve to come home and Taylor tells him that she doesn't know where Thomas and Gabby are becuase they moved out. Ridge blasts her and basicly tells her that she was stupid for not listening to him, and that she made Thomas think it was ok to be disrespectful to him, and the fact that he jumped thru hoops to be with her(when, I didn't see any hoops)
I liked when Taylor told him that she wasn't gonna let him climb into bed with her again while he's still stuck on his ex-wife...(go Tay!) Ridge claimed that Taylor wouldn't let him be there for his family and blah blah.....(jerk of the year)
you guys didn't miss much!
the nerve of Ridge talking to Taylor the way he did, no wonder Hector is gonna offer her some comforting, and rightly so!
how dare Ridge tell her maybe he would have been better off with Brooke....slughole

Ridge was an Asshole today, personally i thought Ridge was out of line. He was never fully commited to being back with Taylor. So once things unraveled for her, he came in yelling about how he wanted to be with her but she kicked him out. He was never fully over Brooke and Taylor was right to ask him to leave til he could sort himself out. He's just furious at Taylor and taking out his own indecision on her. It made me sick. The woman just got back from the dead and he's making out like everything bad that's happened to the family was her fault. Like not having a father around to commit to his family isn't a bad thing. She got no support from Ridge in anything and it made me so mad to hear him go off on Taylor the way he did. It's is family too and he's done nothing for it. He should take a long look in the mirror before he starts pointing fingers. Jumped though hoops for her? What hoops? It's all been about him and what he wants. What was Taylor supposed to do? "That's okay Ridge. You can stay and pretend I'm Brooke when we have sex". I'm not saying a word aganist Brooke cause this is all Ridge's fault. He Just needs to get over everything and to stop taking it out on other people. It really annoys me that they act like Ridge was so in love with Taylor in the past and now that he has her back, he treats her like crap. he's the Jerk/Asshole/Pig of the year! I'm ready to see Taylor with Hector bring them on!! Maybe when Ridge see Taylor with Hector he'll realize what he's thrown away. I just can't wait to see Ridge's face when he sees Tay and Hector together he's going to be so jealous!!

realitycheck, thanks for the recap--all week I will miss B&B due to work so I really appreciate the detailed account. Wow, Fridge was such Jerk big time today. I'm almost glad he acted so badly because it makes it so much easier for Taylor to get over him. Hector, come on over!
proudtaylorfan, I agree with both you and realitycheck. Glad Taylor stood her ground.
Fridge is basically saying that Taylor coming back from the "dead" caused problems for
him and everyone else. What a selfish, self absorbed asshole. Taylor needs to move on now, if that wasn't a clear message, I don't know what is.

Ridge always made Taylor feel like she was 'second choice' and 'runner up' ever since the night they consummated the renewal of their vows and marriage. I cannot believe he has the nerve to say he's been giving Taylor 'his all'!  I was so happy today when Hector walked in and interrupted Ridge's assault on Taylor! Hector was so sexy!!! I mean, forceful when he suggested that Ridge take a long walk. GoStephanie, you would have loved that moment! Ridge is there all confused at first and then storms out. Ridge obviously thinks the whole situation is none of Hector's business, and maybe it isn't, but I am so happy Taylor doesn't have to stand alone through all of this. |

Taylor is more woman than Ridge is man, she admits when she makes a mistake, while he on the other hand won't say that what he put Taylor through was a mistake. I was so glad to hear her tell him that she wasn't about to play second fiddle to Brooke. I don't think she could make it any plainier. Also, he has the nerve to throw up the fact that she has her degrees, what as that got do with what is going on. He needs to take Taylor's advice, go for counseling, there has to be something wrong with a man that kisses his half-sister, berates his brother for raping Brooke, when she told him that it wasn't rape. Ridge has some serious issues that need to worked on.

You are right, niala, I would have loved seeing that scene when Hector stepped in! I just read the transcripts and read what Hector said. What he said was just short, sweet, and to the point!

Excellent post Dee! Ridge definitely has some psychological issues, and doesn't need only marriage counselling but a full time psychologist for his mental and behavioural problems. Cntrygurl, I was so pissed listening to Ridge come down on Taylor like that. If I were Tay, Ridge would probably be in I.C.U. right now. ;D Angel, after seeing Hector stand up for Taylor today, all my doubt about Taylor/Hector are gone. And GoStephanie, I think Hector is my favourite male in this show.  |

Taylor is not selfish becuase she wants her husband to be with ONLY HER....
nothing selfish about that, or I guess it would be ok with you if he was sleeing with both Tay and Brooke.

I agree with Reality Check. Ridge thinks he's entitled to everything he wants, and if he wants 2 wives then by George, he should damn well have them. Ridge is acting like a 5 year old who's had his lollipop taken away. Ridge is being the selfish one here. Taylor is only telling him, "So ya say you picked me, well then why don't you act like it?!?!?!"

Exactly, Taylor understands he isn't going to just forget about Brooke, but come on don't be dreaming of her or wanting to go back to her and be in Taylor's bed... NO woman should have to put up w/ that... not even Brooke.. yes I said not even Brooke or anyone...
That is unfair... Taylor wasn't asking for much.. Ridge is the one that came along and said that he picked Taylor even though he was doing it for Steph... Taylor asked him out blank if that is what he wanted and when the truth came out she even gave him another out, yet he DIDN'T take it and said that he wants Taylor... so act like it!

Yeah that is true, when his 'idenity' was lost he started using that to his advantage... of being out of control and having a 'reason' to do so... but both families took him in and said that they were both there for him... i understand being upset and not knowing for a while but come on he gotta get over it at some point...

It's true, Ridge started being a full time pain in the ass when he found out he was a Marone. Taylor has never manipulated Ridge, she has only loved and supported him with kindness and patience...well they do say no good deed goes unpunished...*shrug*
GoStephanie, HECTOR RULES! Lol! It's about time someone cared about Taylor and supported her and listened to her, and his advice was really good! Are we seeing any more Taylor/Hector scenes this week?
