I watched the epi. WHY? I don't know. I'm an idiot. As if it wasn't all BAD (that's the understatement of the year) enough, I think that Brad uses my scenario with the present from a dead Steph...just not a present for Eric but for Brooke (of course!). Eric and Pam will arrive there, Steph already dead, and Eric will hand Brooke the present Steph has arranged for her. Everything that's not a mail bomb would cause me to

Okay question, has Eric actually left? Or are we going to see him and Pam in the great debate of 'no you can't come with me, its not what your sister wants' on Mondays episode? ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I wouldn't be surprised! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D for sure, they argue and then there is a commercial.......and they argue some more.......more commercials........end of the epi

I watched like a total fool in the hopes STIC might be at least mentioned. This was the biggest piece of total BS television I have ever tried to watch. I felt as though I were watching two lovers hold on to one another as one loses life. Exactly what I expected to see between longtime lovers and soul mates Eric and Stephanie, I saw between Steph and Brooke. Brad Bell is the lamest asshole in the soap world! Even tho parts were well acted, absolutely none of it was believable. If it were not so sad and pitiful, I'd laugh.

Epi nov 21st l did watch this epi and looked on one side of the screen only,to see SUSAN AND STEPHANIE ,her acting as usual was flawless.BUT DAMN, ERIC SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE BY HER SIDE. Instead her darling was at this STUPID STUPID STUPID meeting. How the hell can anyone think of business when Eric´s wife, their, mother, grandmother, and the QUEEN of the show is dying CRAP WRITING. Someone asked how Stephanie was ,don´t remember who that smart one was.Good thing the writers didn´t forget that she is dying.Thank god for small favours

I'm at loss for words...they made Eric not even bother to run back, Steph gave her Eric's ring and they made Brooke sing Eric's song to her

If it was possible to be worse than I thought, it succeeded!! Giving Brooke her wedding ring.... Brooke singing Eric's song to her... And Steph's last words about Eric is that he was never around when needed...

I liked the messages taped for Steph - but those moments could have been filled with SF and that tape played after she wasn't acting on the show anymore.
The idea he wouldn't rush to get back - was stupid.
Her giving that ring to Brooke - makes no sense - a wedding/engagement ring to the women who stole her husband and started a chain of painful events in her life.
The last words she ever speaks about Eric - the man she loved for over 50 years "never around when you need him" - when Brooke tells Eric what happened and how it went - she would have to tell him that - how incredibly hurtful it would be.
Looked like the tweets were about 9 to 1 that Eric and the family should have been with her and NOT Brooke.

Yes right how could I forget to mention that. THAT hit me the most: he's never there when you need him.

Ok, so another epi not to watch... This is really so sad, that I've been watching Steph all these years and now I don't even want to see her last episodes For me, Steph died when Eric left the cabin. She waved, took a last look at the love of her life, closed her eyes and took her last breath. Brooke got Eric's ring!?! Why!?

So disappointed,Bell made Eric watch that damn dvd instead of going back to Stephanie. The ring to Brooke and not to one of her daughters, unbelievable.
Like you Cathy, the end for me was last week with Eric and Stephanie at the cabin, some of the most wonderful and sad epis ever on this show.

Anni's right - it's worse then you can imagine. Can't find one thing about the interaction between SF and BL that was positive or redeeming.....wait....
Brooke did say....do you want me to call anyone....
she also said....this should go to one of your daughters about the ring....
when SF put her wedding ring back one - BL did say something about Eric loving her - but SF responded in a kind of sarcastic/flippant way ..... finally
nothing sentimental or loving or touching about Susan and her life or her family or her love for Eric....ALL about Brooke's relationship with Stephanie...
OH and I forgot....SF did say something about "and it hurt" about Brooke taking the men in her life
They should have had her die when Eric shut the door and left for LA - everything since then has been horrible, unbelievable and an afront to the story we've invested decades watching and loving

I watched, I teared up I admit, but OMG what a travesty, what an insult, what a re-write of a 25 year history, what a cheap shot to try and redeem Brooke, what an absolute waste!

I still don't know what to say. I thought I'd really cry my heart out tonight, seriously, honestly. But now.... Please someone wake me from this nightmare! These scenes were so bad - that doesn't even begin to decribe them- and negated EVERYTHING I used to love for almost my entire life. That Steph could not be on my screen anymore was, is, surreal to me. Her end the way it was done on screen is even more surreal to me. I think I'm just totally taken aback, somewhat blank, totally shocked. I expected a lot to go on on my screen but not this. I can't even be sad. I'm just ... That the bubble of a 22 year lasting fantasty would burst this way all of the sudden... These scenes have never happened to me. NEVER and it's so easy for me to see it this way bc these epis had nothing to do with what I call Steph/Eric/B&B.

Did not watch, did not tweet Brad Bell, will probably not watch the final episode, especially now when I know what happened.
For me too; Stephanie died as Eric left Big Bear. That was the final episode of B&B. I am at peace with that.

I just watched it again - taking my wants and expectations out of it - as if I was watching a stand alone mini-movie - and what I came away with this time is props to KKL/BL for doing a good job with the script she'd been given. I certainly got that sense that her heart was absolutely breaking. It wasn't about the person dying at all, but was all about the heartbreak for this peasant girl.
Not saying I liked it - just saying KKL was believable and certainly present in the moment.

I watched and I cried. Tomorrow's scenes will even more heartbreaking with the guilt and pain felt by Eric. RIP Stephanie Forrester your memory will live on on Lorre's site!!
Thank you Susan for 25 Glorious years. I hope you're blessed with a film role that earns you an Oscar.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uxLBxAudso&feature=plcpThe preview and well...the writing keeps up the quality level they've achieved after today...Bill made it up to the cabin in the speed of light, didn't have to watch a dvd or attend a senseless meeting. He already admires Steph's ex-ring and Eric ..well he..is absent....... ;D

Watched the epi....I didn't really want too, but somehow just had to, just to get closure....... I really can't believe it ended like this...Stephanie dying with Brooke by her side and Eric watching a dvd Brad Bell has given us so many dissapointments and missed opportunities over the years....but this really tops it all.....
