and i hate the way b&b is making it out to seem like they had no passion it's just not true
they had a lot of great scenes that implied they were intimate...

So happy that I stopped watching this show after his breakdown.....because Eric and Taylor together just make me

But still reading the spoilers though, a part of me still hope the last months was just a really, really bad Dream, and that Stephanie is still alive and well....

l haven´t watched in a month or more and THAT has never happened in the history of me watching this show.

Something rather interesting mentioned on 9/18:

Eric: Yes, Stephanie... She and I were married for almost 300 years. She passed away last year.
Q: Sorry...
E: Funny story about that photograph: First time I kissed another woman in this room, that picture came crushing down to the floor..

E: I think her eyes actually move in that photograph. (close-up to her eyes) They follow me at night.
Q: She's keeping tabs on you.
E: She said she would. She's told us all before she died to watch out for blue birds. And if we saw any, it would be Stephanie saying hello. And I swear, ever since then, I see blue birds out here in the garden all the time. (bittersweetly smiling at her picture)

So now he's seeing blue birds all of the sudden??

That was so sweet l have to tell you it is so obvious that he stiil loves Stephanie just as much as he ever did.Just like John he miss her like crazy if it weren´t for those darn writers Eric could stay single for the rest of his time on this show.

I will never get used to seeing Eric in the mansion without Stephanie l keep expecting her to walk in at any moment,it´s THEIR home.

I haven't been able to watch a full episode since Stephanie died & since Brooke hooked up with Katie hubby. All that crap about Brooke leading the Forrester family & being with Stephanie when she died for nothing! And Eric I have no words. They cheated us by not having him be by Stephanie side when she died. and then he hooked up with Taylor. i hated it! I wish Stephanie was back. She made that show. There is no reason to watch anymore other than Katie going off on Brooke & even that is getting old.

I've checked the updates and, hence, partially ( ) watched the Thanksgiving shows: At least Eric mentioned and talked to Steph several times. She was mentioned even in a bonus scene.

One time, Eric was turning around and looking at her portrait while the crowd behind was talking and he's had this nice, amused and yet sad look on his face, accompanied by good B&B music



However, I saw more than I wanted to see...Eric and Quinn and later Donna licking honey off of his finger in a mansion kitchen-scene (WHY NEVER WITH STEPH?!?! )!!!!!!!!!!

Friday, not watched yet:

Eric shares a martini with Stephanie's portrait and chats away to her. He feels bad drinking alone. The man enters. "I can help you with that." Eric says, "Ridge." They embrace.



Eric: Little early in the day, but who the hell cares? Hirings, firings. Wyatt, liam. Wedding's on, wedding's off. Lots of drama around here at the house on the hill. Only wish you were here to share it with me. We could enjoy it together. It's quiet up here, isn't it, without the kids. A lot quieter around here without you, too. The old days, yeah. I miss them. The -- the worst thing about it is I'm drinking alone.

I watched Friday's and Monday's epis. Nice. Nu-Ridge...I don't know.... Anna wont hear a single word of what he's mumbling, that's for sure ;D ;D

i watched the christmas scene, sweet and it shows how much Eric misses Steph...probably won't watch again unless it's about him talking or missing Steph. i can't take the rest

Watched a little B&B, just to see what has changed in recent few years. I kinda liked the new Ridge. Possibly (definitely) because they've kept him as a Stephanie-fan. Even naming his (Thomas') baby Douglas Forrester in honor of his mom. That's the second baby he's named after Stephanie. Steffy & Douglas.
And Stephanie's portrait it back up, where it's supposed to be. Eric can have another photo of Stephanie in his guest house, but that one belongs over the mantle in Stephanie's house.

Other than that, I couldn't find much to enjoy about the show. Next to all my old favorites are gone. Just Eric left, and he's now just the old guy popping in to support the others.

I miss the old gang. Susan, (John), Ronn, Joanna Johnson, Winsor Harmon/Jeff Trachta, Lesli Kay, Daniel McVicar, Darlene Conley, Ian Buchanan, Jim Storm, Jennifer Finnigan etc. The good ole days.

Oh, yes I think it is nice for Mr. Bell to give back our memory of Stephanie - the portrait. And I think it is nice that Eric still remembers and talks about her.
