Thanks so much for uploading the HQ clip - I was able to finally hear what Steph said in the car before Eric said, "you don't have to say anything to me, I know."
She said, "I've got a lot to say to you."
It just warms my heart so that she was so intentional about wanting to spend these last hours with Eric. Confirms for me how right we've been to invest in this couple and their love story for all these years. All the fighting the divorcing was just NOISE - this togetherness, tenderness, fun, love and support has been the true nature of these two.
Listening with ear phones you can hear her little sighs and affirmations.
Sooo grateful for this episode and for all of you and this board to give me a place to share it.

Only watched the part where they're on the sofa and he whisper-sings to her. Oh my God!!!!! That was so beautiful!!!!!!!! So serene, so peaceful and so loving. That's the way to go!
What a terrific birthday this turned out to be!!!! I knew I would be happy celebrating the day alone!!! Shopping, dining out and go to a stand-up comedy show alone was absolutely terrific!!!! Lots of 'firsts' today. And then come home to an awesome Stic episode and the Susan salute backstage!!!!!! I am in love with my 29th bday!!!!!!!

Woke up this morning with a smile I'm still in STIC-bliss heaven  Last night's epi was next to perfection If the real end won't be as I dream of....This epi will be her dying epi for me And on that note, I have to get my little self to work...I can continue dreaming behind my desk ;D |

I went to bed and thought of STIC. I woke up and still thought of them and I realized I also dreamt about them. If that doesn't qualify for obsession then I don't know what does ;D I so love the epi, and while the positive surprise outshone even the sadness of those scenes last night, the tragic hit me this morning...made me cry  Gina, you know, I think that the salute-cake with the martini and the glass of martini hint it as well. When you think of symbols that stand for Steph you think of pantsuits, brooches... but if you consider that having a martini in Eric's arms is her last scene, it makes even more sense. Maybe he'll put a bit on his finger and wet her lips when she's too weak to even drink in the very end? Anyway, I think the martini assures us that she'll die when Eric is around Yesterday I was asking myself where I had seen the robe before...I just wouldn't remember and this morning, it suddenly hit me: Eric wore it in the intimacy-SL. I sometimes wonder what a genius I could be if my brain used its capacity for more important things than for STIC ;D ;D |

My thoughts exactly,when l went to bed late last night and couldn´t sleep,l was like,it will most likely be Brooke up there with Stephanie when she dies,coz that´s what Bell wants.So in my mind this lovely wonderful,intimate epi will be her passing......or at least part of it,since they might have a bit more alone time up there.

You know I even love the fact that we're seing STIC in a car when it's dark. We never had that. It's something new, a new aspect of everyday life. Yes, we saw STIC in a car when they went to Angela but that was different... Sooo good to watch this today yes it was just so cozy,loved that it was in the dark too,so natural,the old married couple going up to their cabin........alone. When they went to see Angela it was in broad daylight and if l remember correctly,a very tense feeling between Eric and Stephanie. |

l soooo loved the p-jamas thing :-*she wanted to be close to him,smell him,be surrounded by him when wearing his p-jamas.So much love there.
The way he called her BABY was adorable,and his sweet Irish lass,the way he held her and ohhh the look upon her face when she was in his arms and her head on his chest.That alone was so wonderful.Her fav place in the world is in his arms and her head on his chest,her soft place to fall :-*To be there for the one you love, in sickness and in health,that´s what LOVE is all about,and Eric is the most wonderful man.

Wow...Brad is really taking the "passing the torch" from Stephanie to Brooke to the extreme. Apparently being the "matriarch" / head of the family/show means you get to slap people.
I'm guessing Susan laughed herself silly when she saw this episode. Now everyone will need to stay an arm length's away from Brooke....or watch out!!

Unimportant things I notice and don't always understand... Steph had her diamond ring on at party. It was off in the car. We saw her take off her earrings and I guess we are to assume she took that off, too. Then, when she appears in Eric's PJ's, the big diamond is back on.  Oh well...love Steph in diamonds Eric has showered her with over the years,so I won't question!! Actually, I see now that the ring is back on when she enters the cabin...maybe she just had it off in the car and put it back on so it wouldn't get misplaced...this post is so pointless and I feel very unstable as I write it...LOL ;D |

I notice these same kinds of things. I also pay attention to her hair, makeup and her eye lashes. It would appear to me that they don't tape the episodes in storyline sequence so I think that accounts for the differences we see in episodes. The photos of John and Susan that were posted the other day show her in the green jacket but with tan pants. I'm guessing thsoe photos were taken on the day they filmed the car sequence - because we didn't see her pants then. I think the day they did the car filming staffers forget to give her the diamond ring. Maybe it was even taped before the big party scene and they hadn't yet re-introduced it. I guess it is all pointless but it interests me for some reason...and if you're unstable, then I guess I am too....but only for a few more days |

I guess we can't change any of it - and so there's no point in me going off with everything that was so wrong about this....
I'll just rewatch that last kiss.....wow....to think that we have now seen every kiss and there will be no more.....
When he said "my partner" he was talking about Susan. And based on what John said in his tweets - the kiss was John and Susan too.
It looked so painful for Susan. And i'm so heartsick for Eric/John his last scene ever with her.
I'm just going to try and ignore the unbelievability of all of this Brooke stuff - it's Bill pushing his agenda - and thinking we are all idiots.
At least some writter (and I'm guessing it wasn't Bill) let Pam give voice to how insane this is.
I'm sooooooooo incredibly sad and I can't believe how I'm crying about this.

Stephanie tells Eric he should be there, but he won't leave her. Stephanie insists that he go, and asks him to call Brooke to come stay with her.At Bill's house, Brooke takes in Bill's nude state and quips, "Put your towel on, stallion." Bill tells her she's one in a million. Brooke says he is too. Her phone rings - it's Eric. Brooke agrees to go to Big Bear.
At Forrester, Rick tells Pam he called Eric to come - he had to do something about Thomas. Pam asks about Stephanie. Rick says his mom will be with her. Pam seems hurt.
Eric prepares to leave the cabin, and Stephanie looks at photos of Ridge. She tells Eric he's strong and good, just like him. Eric says Ridge was maybe her greatest gift to him. Stephanie thinks back to her last talk with Brooke. Eric dons his suit and tells Stephanie he adores her, and is tortured that she's leaving him, but is grateful for their time together. "I love you so much." Brooke arrives. Eric tells her Stephanie's not good, but she wants him to go, and wants to be with Brooke. He says he'll be as quick as he can. Stephanie smiles at Brooke. Eric tells her to keep her Irish eyes smiling, kisses her deeply, and goes. Stephanie tells Brooke, "I'm happy you're here. Brooke is too.
