YEAH....TODAY WE LEARN THAT ERIC IS LEAVING FOR A TRIP...THE KICKER....he has the nerve to ask Jackieto watch out for Budge because he wouldn't dare ask Stephanie too and plus Brooke has Hope to worry about.
also Eric finally admitted today that he was more concerned about Brooke's feelings then Budge's during the Deacon fiasco, Jackie tells him her son is the blame for the mess now and Eric tells her no, Brooke and Budge had this going on for years. and he was so wrapped up in his feelings for Brooke that he didn't do anything about it. He again reminds Jackie how unfrogettable Brooke's lovin is.
Budge is still outside the door watching as Nicj and Brooke hug, she's crying and hearing every voice in her head about Nick loving Brooke and then she hears Nick's voice saying he'll always love Brooke. then she looks in and sees Brooke and Nick gazing into each other's eye's earlier on they were also holding hands.
Hope is adorable, she's wide awake and talking and counting and doing things at the doctor's request.

I can´t believe Bridget is having serious doubts about Nick & Brooke (which she´s had for months) and still intends to marry him.  Stephanie was sooo right. Bridget is pretending like it doesn´t hurt. |

it's a wonder that this gilr is still able to keep it together...here she's seen her mother go from Eric, her father, to Ridge her father's son and to Thorne her father's other son, then she finds out he's really not Ridge's father and then she see her mom with Ridge's half brother Nick
then in between her mother beds her husband and has a baby, now that baby has become the apple of her fiancee's eye....poor Budge, the sooner Brooke and Eric are out of her life the better!

I think this whole family needs a big break from each other. All should just part ways for at least 6 months and spend time with normal people with values and self-respect. Would do them all good.

I am sorry but if I was Budge I would have stormed into the room and asked for answers, of course being careful due to Hope's condition, but don't let it just sit there and torment you, why you don't deserve that!
However she needs to quit jumping to conclusions when she doesn't know the situation.
I am SOOO glad that Hope is doing better, a fast recovery to wanting to play etc but oh well she is doing good!

I don't know why Bridget is doing this to herself. She's seen all the warning signs and ignored them, now it's hit her smack dab in the middle of her face. As for Brooke,  she makes me sick! |

Bridget is Queen of Denial (that ain't the river). She's still the little girl waiting for her mother to
be just that--be a mother to her and Brooker keeps letting her down. And Bridget keeps denying it because by actually facing what her mother is and
what she has done is truly horrifying and beyond forgiveness. One would not and could believe that
someone who gave birth to you is capable of such self-love. Talk about self-absorption.
Agree with niala, Brooker is sick.
Nick and ErWeak are even sicker. And the writers have had ErWeak changing his position on a daily basis--he's really not just sicko, but schizo.

This just shows how concern Eric is about Bridget, asking Jackie of all people to watch Bridget is like asking the fox to guard the hen house. As soon as Eric back is turned, Jackie will start on her tirade about Brooke & Nick. I swear Eric gets dumber everyday. Duh, who didn't know that he was more concern about Brooke & not Bridget. Yet again, Eric opens his mouth & inserts his foot in it. I hope Jackie sets her sights on Eric, she will be on the receiving end of what Stephanie & Bridget has been on for years. Bridget needs to grow a flipping backbone, don't just stand like a idiot, confront Nick in front of Brooke. |

I read that Bell said a very new Bridget will appear! It's the time...ouf! Brooke will be closer of Nick.....again! It was supposed to be Hector? Maybe it's not for long time?  Stéph talks to Bridget and convins her how is Brooke. She "abused" of her emotions, etc and it's the time to see her mother exactly as she is. Bridget will say to Nick something to shocking him; is it because she did an abortion or that Dante is the father? anyway I'm sure that it's concerns Bridget what Dante say to Eric. And Eric will be shocked too. Something sure: bridget will be no more the same! Bell said to that he prepares Ambre's and Deacon's return but not for the moment. He's waiting the good moment! |

A new Bridget? I thought Bell was going to 're-invent' Brooker (again)...oh well who cares. Nick and Brooke, together again...oh how wonderful (as sarcastic as possible)...should Ridge come within 50 feet of Brooke, she'll be throwing herself at him all over again.
Eric is more stupid than I give him credit for. Shouldn't he be more concerned about his daughter than his baby momma? Oh wait, I know why not, because he can't bang his daughter and he's trying his hardest to get back into Brooke's pants again.
GoStephanie... ;D you're so right, Bridget is the Queen of Denial. She must like being hurt and disappointed by her mother, because she sets herself up for it time and time again. I'd rather be miserable for a short time and find happiness later on by admitting to myself what a horrid excuse for a mother I have and how much better off I'd be by cutting her loose instead of spending a lifetime of misery because I just don't want to face the truth.

Stephanie was completely right today to make Bridget admit, finally, that she has been abused by her mother. She needs to put herself first--seems like the roles have been reversed over the years where Bridget has been the mother forgiving daughter, Brooker, for her mistakes. Stephanie was great in her coaching to stand up for herself. World needs more Stephanies, though she is one in a billion! A strong woman respects herself and not resort to tears to get her way which Brooker does and Bridget has been crying way too much. She should get downright mad. Don't get mad, get even.

I'm somewhat interested in how this storyline will play out...but I still don't like the writing. As soon as Ridge is out of sight, Brooke has nookie with someone else in mind, forget the fact that he's her daughter's fiancee... Stephanie is doing the right thing.  I just hope Bridget doesn't have a relapse. |
