Susan loved the end, even went to Brad to make sure it was Brooke in the end.............. Even though I suspected it, it feels like a punch in the stomach. Susan, Susan, Susan! "How did you get the news? Flannery: I was in bed [on nomination morning] listening to BBC World on my iPhone and I kept hearing that little buzz that says people are sending you emails" Nice scenario. At least Susan gets mornings in bed off screen ;D ;D She's so hip ;D She appears very distant from all this- and I don't mean B&B only but acting in general. It surprises me. One would think that if something is your passion and you literally put your heart and soul into your profession for sooo many years, you would have at least some problems to leave it all behind you. Happy to hear that she'll come to the event. Can't wait to see her new style! "Do you ever miss the show? Flannery: Nope. TV Guide Magazine: Not ever? Flannery: Nope." I guess it was the same with her as it was with us. B&B as the habit that you slowly started to hate but you just couldn't let go after all this time and now it's fine. HOWEVER, I do miss STIC so damn much. And I wish I hadn't read this interview., no matter how good it felt to hear from her again... Thanks for posting anyway, Cece!

She may have been a very dedicated actress and loved her job, but in the end of the day, it's just that: a job. My dad retired 2 months ago, and although he sometimes misses the people he worked with, he is thrilled to be retired. Even if you have tremendous passion for your work, there are other passions in life. Ask former rock stars, authors, actors, social workers, vets, polititians etc etc. I am not surprised. Once retired, people seem to really enjoy it.

Okey, she doesn´t miss the show ;Dbut what about her co-workers for 25+ years,l would have thought she at least would miss them ;D John miss her.......... ;D l miss STIC too but to stop watching was easy, coz when STIC is not there, the show is dead. Susan liked the end with Stephanie and Brooke ???John did not,he went to Bell and said - you can´t do this to Eric and Stephanie :'(but Bell didn´t listen :-[At least John tried ;D

She sees and talks to her former co-workers. She's talked to John and gone out for dinner with KKL as we KNOW of. So friendships does not have to end just cause you leave a job. Happy that she'll be at the Emmys!!!! Was worried she might miss it since John said she'd fly off to Australia for a while to be with her daughter.

She is busy directing "Venice the series" so she is definetly still in the business, just from behind the camera and she loves it. So all good I guess:-)
