The writing is just awful!

Checked out Friday's episode, just to see Stephanie again.

Was rolling my eyes though at how bad the writing is.

First of all, no one is really mourning Stephanie. It's like she left town or something.

Second, Thomas is calling Eric "Eric", and Eric is calling his grandchildren "they", like they aren't even family anymore. Way to go, honoring and supporting each other like a family. Nutcases!

Third, and this is the big one: Stephanie signed away her shares to Thomas in an IRREVOCABLE trust. As in, cannot be changed. Not even by herself. Now, suddenly, she has the entire power to HERSELF with her on-again 25% decide who can be CEO, only because she helped found the company??? Why didn't she find this loophole before and overrule all decisions then? Does Eric have the same powers, as he is co-founder with her? There is just no logic in any of this. TWIN PEAKS comes off as LOGICAL compared to this!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Forth, Taylor and Thorne split up off-screen. What for? Will Taylor try seducing Eric to side with her kids?

Fifth, Eric is now totally against Thomas/Steffy? Makes total sense. Not.

Sixth, well...... At least Eric gets Stephanie's 25% and the CEO position. Even though the road there was completely stupid. Glad she stayed true to herself on this last decision.


Will watch today's show when she reveals who the new CEO is, just to see Eric's reaction and Susan Flannery for one more time as Stephanie.
