If Rick can call Eric and tell him about the vote...then there is obviously cell phone coverage at Big Bear....so couldn't Eric have called Thomas and said...."Son, your grandmother is dying and we need you to hold off this vote for a couple of days." He could even have called Taylor and said, "I need you to get Thomas to back off, Stephanie is dying."
That's what would happen in REALITY. But because Bill wants Brooke to be with Stephanie we get this craziness - it's like watching science fiction with our beloved characters being invaded by aliens.
I know the characters only play what is written....and Susan and Eric have always tried to make the most of what's been given to them and have even made the absurd watchable.
Susan will play it to the hilt encouraging Eric to go to protect their company and the future - that she knows he loves her and wants to be with her - but in REALITY Stephanie would ream Thomas out, and if in person drag his skinny ass to a phone or ipad and tell him to knock it off and let everyone know the damn vote's been canceled.
Just so angry....wish I weren't so invested. Going to try and just look forward to whatever scenes we have left between these two icons.

Is that the wish she has But with the HUGE disappintment with Eric not being there when she passes,you can very well be right  feels like anything goes from now on Good morning! Please don't die of a heartattack! Brooke can't fly in on such a short notice! First, the last words were just a joke. Second the Ridge/Thorne thing is a joke as well. In former B&B reality Steph's last words would have been something like this: "Take good care of the family and tell them I love them. Thank you for everything you brought into my life. I love you. You're the one, you always were and you'll always be and that's why... Be happy!" but now, anything goes. |

The simple thought of the whole betrayel brings tears to my eyes. I hate myself for that, what an insane impact that silly fiction has on me The way the entire SL was written, all those TONS of missed opportunities, the lack of airtime for Steph and STIC, and now the end in Brooke's arms WITH this business meeting as a horribly unbelievable excuse... It really hurts me, nothing I can do about it, not even pretending. One day left, girls, only one day after 25 years for some of you, 22 years for me.  |

T One day left, girls, only one day after 25 years for some of you, 22 years for me. :'(Hard to believe,the end of an era is so near Stupid business meeting,yes and the fact that John didn´t like the end either speaks volumes to me.He knows what the fans wanted,what his character wanted and what HE as an actor wanted,after 25 years with this woman l get that Bridge fans thought the whole text message thing was totally stupid,and it was.But since Ronn chose to leave just like that,a quick solution had to be made. But in THIS CASE,John isn´t going anywhere,it´s not like Bell HAD TO come up with this STUPID idea.Still he did,only proves he cares more about Brooke being front and center,than the long time fans who has kept this show on air for all these years. DISAPPOINTED only begins to describe what l feel. |
