Friday's show is an annoyance but: and there's alot more going on but Jackie is not worth my fingers right now
even though I can't stand the way the writer's are dragging Stephanie down I jst had to laugh at this:
Steph- trying to get a bowl with her cane
Brooke comes in-Let me get that for you
Steph- thank you, nothing drives me more crazy then things not being where they belong(looking at Brooke, he he)
Brooke-Bridgette said she was getting dressed at the guest house
Steph- well we decided on the den, that way she doesn't have to run back and forth all over the house
Brooke- well I'll go help her
Steph- no Brooke, that's not necessary, and if that's what I think it is(pointing to the garment bag) that's not necessary either, Eric already had a gown sent over from the showroom
Brooke- but Bridgette wanted me to pick out her dress, so I did
Steph- really, Bridgette is so innocent she probably doesn't realize how inapporpriate it is for you to even be here, why you've slept with every man in the room except for the minister, and who even knows about him, I think you're about as welcome here as a whore at a monk's convention(whew, I can't breath, stopi it Steph)
Brooke- if you think that anything could keep me away from sharing this night with my daughter
Steph-(with a look only she can give) don't you think you've shared too much with her already, why do you think she's damaged goods
Brooke- I'm not getting into this with you right now
Steph- you know Brooke, some things aren't meant to be shared, like husbands for instance, and have you really thought this thru, have you wondered why Nick is rushing into this marriage? I think he's trying to convnce Bridgette of something(me too)and this little damsel in distress act of yours(that's getting old) has him spending more time with you than with his own fiancee
Brooke- Nick was just helping us recover from...forget it, I don't have to ezplain myself to you
Steph- why rooke, what are you recovering from?
Brooke- you know, from what you did to us, you know damn well what!
Steph- honey, you need to go and find a big strappin gas pumpin cowboy and tell it to him, but today have some consideration and respect and stay away from your daughter tonight
Brooke- I will not stay away! she is my daughter
Steph-no she's not, not really, she's mine now(huh?)
I'm more of a mother to that girl then you've ever been(got a point there) and the only thing she feels for you is pity(could be)
Brooke- well I wonder how Taylor will feel about you when she finds out what you did
Steph- what do you mean, what I did?
Brooke- oh don't play stupid Stephanie, you're biggest victory will be your biggest downfall
Steph- oh yes, you and Jackie are stirring the cauldron again
Brooke- and what will Ridge say when he realizes what you did to him, you'll lose him forever once he comes back to me(awful confident there missy)
Steph- well we all have our little dreams now don't we?
Brooke- yes, we do,( and says something about a heart and leaves)
my thoughts:
the excahnges today were classic, I just love Steph, she calls it like it is! that's why so many Brook fans don't like her because right now, she's become a little too harsh for my liking but she always tells Brooke just like it is, and it's always the truth!
oh, and when you watch the show, you will find out Jackie's agenda, this woman is dumb as a box of rocks
she tells Nick to postpone the wedding until tomorrow and he asks her why should he and she tells him that
she has something that will make Brooke wash her hands of the Forrester family forever..she won't want the Forrester name any longer and she's going to realize after all this madness that she doesn't want to be anywhere near Steph's orbit, Nick looks at her like she's crazy and Jackie tells him that after this, the family that he REALLY wants will be HIS for the asking
Nick tells her he's marrying the woman he truly loves and slams money on the bar and tells her to catch a cab if she's coming to his wedding tonight.
Now to the box of rocks: she really doesn't know Brooke at all, and this willblow up in her face just like the paternity scandal. Brooke will go hightaling it back to Ridge the moment Steph is exposed and we all know that!
