Tuesday's show tidbits

Ridge and Taylor are in their bedroom, Ridge is still ranting about Thomas and Gabby's marriage, and Taylor wishes that they would have come to them first. Taylor is more understanding about the situation than Ridge(of course)
Gabby is afraid of his parents and Thomas is trying to reassure her, she finally admits to Thomas that she's falling in love with him and Thomas tells her she's beautiful(they are so cute)

now the nitty gritty
BROOKE'S MANSION
Budge-you can't be serious
Dante- I'm very serious, come away with me , right now
Budge- what, you just want me to forget about everything, my fiancee,and all of our wedding plans
Dante- Nick is not going to make you happy, but I will
Budge- hmmp, Italians can be over dramatic
Dante- I would say I'm being realistic, and I wish you could be too
Budge- but you're asking me to run away with you
Dante- well wehre is your fiancee right now
Budge-upstairs
Dante- yes, with your mother
Budge- they are just puttng Hope to bed(didn't know it's takes two people)
Dante- I could of sworn you asked me here for dinner to witness how this man is so commited to you, he should be down here with you
Budge- Hope is going thru a really hard time right now
Dante- yes, and so is your mother
Budge- look, it's getting really late, we should call it a night(what happened to dinner?)
Dante- I can call a cab to drive me to your family's beach house
Budge- your staying at the beachhouse?
Dante- yes, for now
Budge- well uh, i uh can take you there(she writes a note ) Nick is a wonderful man and he's in love with me, not my mother.(DANTE MAKES A YEAH RIGHT FACE AD THEY LEAVE)

UPSTAIRS

Nick finishes the story for Hope, she doesn't want him to stop, but Brooke tells gher that Uncle Nick has to go, Hope is insisiring so Nick makes her a deal on a story and Hope agrees as Brooke smiles at him, he plays with Hope and takes off her slippers, Brooke touches him gently on the shoulder and thanks him, after Nick plays, he goes to leave and plays with Hope from behind Brooke, she catches him and orders him to go and he walks out and pauses in the doorway watching them

BEACHHOUSE
dANTE- ARE YOU STILL ANGRY
Budge- I told you I don't want to talk about this anymore
Dante- it's just you deserve so much better than this
Budge- stop it!
Dante- I wish I could, I wish I could take the pain away from you but you just don't want to listen to me
Budge- no I don't , not to this anyway
Dante- you just don't want to see it, but I know you can, you are much more intelligent than this
Dante- lokk at Ridge, Deacon, and now Nick(Deacon was hers first)
Budge- NO not NICK, I'M GETTING A LITTLE SICK OF HEARING THIS FROM YOU FROM EVERYONE, NICK IS NOT IN LOVE WITH MY MOTHER! My father is saying it, my future mother in law and even Taylor(well get a clue already)it's like everyone knows more about my relationship than I do
Dante- no, their just not as close to it as you are, they can see alot more.
Budge- you can? what can you see? what is so wrong with me that I can't see it, I can't old a candle to my mother? that's kinda what I'm hearing and I guess I'm getting just a little tired of it.

BROOKE'S MANSION
Nick finally comes down and remembers Bridgette
Nick- Bridgette, he walks over and reads the note she left, well no sense in her coming back here, I'll meet her t the boat
Brooke- Nick? are you down ther(voice coming from monitor)
Nick- hello, what's up
Brooke- Hope is really upset could you come back upstairs please(God forbid she can handle a child on her own)
Nick- yeah, I'll be right up(puts monitor down on table)

BEACHHOUSE
Budge- I'm not going to let you do this to me
Dante- what am I doing?
Budge- making me doubt myself and Nick
Dante- I just want you to open your eyes
Budge- my eyes are open, they have been since the beginning, do you really think I would put myself in another position to be in love with yet another man who is still in love with my mother(yes)knowing that I could possibly loose him, do you know how painful that would be for me
Dante- yes, yes I do, that's why I want you to listen
Budge-what stop me? from getting involved in this right now, look obviously Nick was involved with my mother and he still cares about her but, he has moved on and he's completely committed to me, I see it every single time he looks at me, I know that he loves me, e never looks at her that way(you must be blind)all of his passion and all of his desire is just for me(sounds just like her mommy) she slams out the door

BROOE'S UPSTAIRS
hOPE- HOLD ME TIGHT MOMMY, I'M SCARED
Brooke- it's ok honey
Nick- what's up, what happened?
Brooke- Hope won't sleep in her room, she thinks there's a monster in the closet
Nick-there's no monster(to Hope)
Hope- yes it is, he's just hiding
Nick- monsters can't hide from me
Brooke- she doesn't want to sleep in her bed
Nick- has anything like this happened before?
Brooke- a few times since we moved here, but nothing this bad(please)
Hope- mommy I wanna sleep in your bed
Brooke- she doesn't want to be alone
Hope- I want to sleep with mommy and you can stay too
Nick- how about this, you can lay in mommies bed, mommie will lay on one side and I'll lay on he other and then later I'll go and get rid of all the monsters, how does that sound? okay?
Hope -you stay
Nick- ok, I'll stay
Brooke- big smile
they lay ther with Hope in the middle and Brooke has picked up the zoo petting from Ridge
Brooke- she's asleep, you don't have to stay
Nick- I have to go throw that monster out
Brooke- maybe you should go downstairs and tell Bridgette(nice time to think about her now)
Nick- oh, she took what's his name home
Brooke- she's so tired after all the crying(hope)
Nick- wonder if she'll wake up again
Brooke- I hope not
Nick- you said something like this happened before
Brooke- she's had some tantrums and fears, but never like this before, this time away from Ridge has been really hard on her(haven't heard her mention him)I never thought that he would let them down, but he did(ridge)
Nick- you'll get thru this
Brooke- that's what I keep tellin myself, then there's nights like this
Nick- well the haard part is over
Brooke- thanks to you
Nick- I just happen to be a good monster killer
Booke- and a pretty good storyteller
Nick- yeah, but don't tell her(hope) most people think I'm full of hot air(Bridgette is back and is eavesdropping again!)
Brooke- you two make a great audience
Nick- thanks
Brooke- and you've been a lifesaver, for me and for the kids
Nick- just think of it as payback
Brooke- payback, for what?
Nick- for all the happy times you've given me, some of the best times of my life were with you, and Hope, I love her more than I can say.
Bridgette hears this and leans against the wall crying.


my thoughts: Bridgette deserves everything she's getting right now, how dare she turn that fine man down all to suck up after Popeye.
Brooke irritates me, she knows how Nic feels about her and Hope and shse's playing him like a fiddle all at the expense of her daughter again!

poor Thomas and Gabby they are so afraid, but atleast Taylor is trying to be reasonable
